Just wanted to thank you for a great time at your property – absolutely lovely – soo peaceful and the view was incredible – enjoyed watching the golfers and wildlife.

We spent most of the time in the pool which was ideal – a very relaxing holiday – just what we wanted.

Me and my wife traveled to many differet vacation rentails, this house was one of the best of all the house rentails that we stayed in . We were really surprised with the peace and beauty of the neighborhood. The house was really clean and beautiful, exactly like on the pictures. The house had everything, even extra supplies that were not listed above. WIthin 1 min of walk their was a great Grill Bar, it is not all fancy and glamour but the food is amazing. Also shoping centers and restaurants were within a 5min drive, anything you need for a family or any traveler is there. The only minus i would give is that, big beaches like Palm beach or Miami beach are far away. I would srongly recommend this house for anyway who looking for a beautiful and peacful vacation. We loved it!!!

My family and I just returned from our vacation in Brooksville. The home is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as described. The owners provide many amenities (6 bikes, floats for the pool, etc). The pictures above are right on target. This home is located about 45 minutes to one hour from the major attractions, but in our opinion was worth the drive. The management company was responsive to my questions. The weather was extremely warm; therefore, did have an issue with the pool and its cleanliness. Other than that - I would recommend renting this home.

Wow... this is a super nice and very clean house. It is a great rental. Sometimes when you rent a home you don't want to feel as if you are invading someone elses place. This home didn't feel that way at all. It felt like we were getting away to our very own Florida retreat! The pool/patio area was great. We spent many days swimming or laying about the pool. The baby netting around the pool gave me extra peace of mind with young children. It was very private, peaceful, and relaxing. The pool area is very private and quiet. Disneyworld was apx. 1.5 hrs. away (traveling the back roads). Clearwater beaches were apx. an hour away. It was nice to be in an area that was not touristy. Spring Hill had some great restaurants and shopping. If you are truly wanting to get away from it all you must rent this property. The owner and her property management team were very pleasant to work with. I would definitley refer my family and friends to rent this property. My one tiny complaint is that it isn't as close to the big beaches as I would have liked, but the quietness and non-touristy area made up for that! One other extra plus for me was that the house is located in a gated upscale community. We were in a very safe area.
