These five, recently upgraded, smoke-free condos in the Marine Surf Waikiki, 364 Seaside Avenue, are located in the heart of Waikiki one block from the beach.

These spacious accommodations offer upgraded interiors featuring fully-equipped kitchens with four-burner range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Three large studios sleep four adults comfortably on a queen bed and queen sofa bed, and two studios sleep two adults on one king bed. A lanai (balcony) with table and chairs offers sunset and city views.

Additional features include stereo system with iPod/iPhone/iPad docking station, flat panel televisions with cable, DVD and free local telephone service and answering machine. About Nick Gravina

I moved to Hawaii in January 2002 from San Diego, and purchased six vacation rental properties in Waikiki. I'm a retired architect and now have my own company, Waikiki Ocean View Condos LLC, which operates and manages the rental properties. I own both short-term and long-term rentals here on the island of Oahu, and live in a historic 1926 English Tudor home in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Honolulu.

In recent years many improvements were made to the beaches, parks, shopping and dining establishments, as well as many of the hotels. Our condos offer the traveler comfortable accommodations at prices far below those quoted by the hotels. Additionally, I currently am the board President for the entire building's condo association.

What makes this condo unique

Our condos are only a short walk to the famous section of Waikiki Beach, and are in the center of all shopping and dining venues. The Marine Surf Waikiki is one of the few buildings in Waikiki which includes assigned parking with each condo, and its central location makes for easy access to and from Waikiki.

This condo was just what we were looking for! Great location, quiet, clean and well maintained, free internet, AND free garage parking! The place had everything we needed and was close to all kinds of great restaurants and shopping!

Heaven in Paradise!

I can’t say enough fabulous things about our stay at Marine Surf Waikiki! I was a little apprehensive before we got there – having booked this online and sight unseen – but my fears were put to rest the minute I stepped into the condo – absolutely gorgeous! It was spotless, the décor beautiful, the kitchen perfect for a long stay, the bed comfy, the TVs – I could go on and on. Nick met us there upon our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in with us the next day to make sure all was well and we really appreciated that. He thought of every detail to make our stay wonderful – even had beach chairs, umbrella, and towels to use. Also the free parking and internet were a HUGE savings and the location was absolutely perfect!

We will definitely be staying here again the next time we vacation in Oahu – it was heaven in paradise!

GREAT experience in Waikiki

I came to Honolulu for work, and I was really impressed with everything at Nick's apartment. It was wonderfully stocked and maintained. And Nick was incredibly helpful and informative. The apartment is ideally situated for access to the city, which suited me, as well as being in the very heart of Waikiki itself. I loved it, and hope to come back soon for a proper vacation.

My husband & I stayed at Nick's place for 10 days. We just loved it. It 's so well centered to everything with walking distance to shows, restaurants, beaches and buses. Life there never stop.
The Studio was well maintained and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would recommend Nick's place to anyone and give it a 10 ++.
We are now in Maui trying to relax a bit as we need a vacation from Oahu before heading home to Canada.

Great location in the HEART of Waikiki

We had never visited Oahu before, and really didn't know what to expect. This condo was not only affordable, offered secure parking (very important if you rent a car) it was literally in the middle of everything! We watched the fireworks from the lanai on Friday night, grabbed coffee at the Starbucks across the street and met the tour buses on the corner. The beach is right down the street and we walked there several times per day.

The condo is well outfitted with sheets, towels and a complete kitchen. There is even coin operated laundry right down the hallway.

Nick mailed the keys to my house before we left to accomodate our late arrival, he included detailed info re: driving, parking, and called to be sure everything was as promised.

It had all the amenities one could ask for, was decorated nicely(it actually looked better than the photos), had a full kitchen and was very, very clean. Our stay at Nick's condo was great! It is very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved having the option of using the full kitchen if we chose to eat in. Location in the heart of Waikiki makes it close to everything-beaches, restaurants, shopping and bus stops. Free parking is an added & very much appreciated bonus. Providing beach towels another great perk-more room in my suitcase for other stuff! I love St. Germain's (on Kuhio) for made to order sandwiches on their baguettes and their morning pastries, and Sea Cove (on Kalakaua) for made to order salads-great for reasonably priced and delicious lunch! Thanks so much for the great accommodation, Nick!

The room and security was fantastic. With in walking distance to Everything. Takes 5 minutes to get the beach. Room was clean, clean, clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I heard no noise from the busy streets down below. Free parking was a major PLUS.
