The cool fresh air, the lush green mountain peaks & the roaring mist from the waterfall is phenomenal. Enjoy grilling out on the gas grill over looking the falls, watch the birds feed, read a book, or just plain feast your eyes on the beauty of mother nature. Come enjoy the classy, rustic charm the 'Barrows Den' has to offer with its senic & romantic atmosphere ! Completely furnished and a turn key setup. King bed with view of waterfall, satellite TV, & adjacent master bathroom. Queen sofa bed for guest in living area along with a second bathroom. Large living/dinning room w/HDTV, DVD, & fireplace, Loaded kitchen for all your cookiing needs.

This rustic, unique condo has earned its name with its friendly bears hibernating inside this cozy hideaway!

The large master bedroom offers you that same panoramic view of the falls and mountains & has a king size bed, stone fireplace, satellite TV, telephone, sitting area, & adjacent spacious master bath w/tub & shower. From your bed at night you can see the full moon or wake up to view the beautiful sunrise peeking over the mountain tops .

The combined living and dinning rooms are spacious & cozy with that rustic decor & stone fireplace. The living room has a new queen size sofa bed, 2 comfortable lazy boys, a room full of bears, moose, & raccoons to keep you company, not to mention the year round sparkling spruce tree decorated with lights & all the forest animals.

Another full size bath is located off the dinning room and is handy for guest. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks nothing! It opens to the dinning & living area so you can socialize while cooking or watching TV. A new fantastic restaurant just up the hill will be opening soon. How accommodating is that? Want breakfast? They'll serve that too!

The condo is equipped with all your needs, plus a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, & even a picnic basket w/utensils.

If you decide to go for a swim, the condo has a swimming POOL as well. It is located behind the gift shop at the top of the hill. Don't forget to look into white water rafting and other water sports in the area. Whatever you choose to do, you will experience by far the most perfect environment for a mountain getaway and leave refreshed while planning your next trip with us.

We truly love the Smoky Mountains & come whenever possible. We live at the beach on Tybee Is. Georgia & I have a vacation rental business called 'coastalgeorgiacottages' in which I rent beach properties. But since my husband Richard starting a small business, we don't come as much, so we thought it would be nice to include it in our rentals & share it with others. My family has made many happy memories here; there it's so much to do here just not enough time to do them all. We love the captivating view it has to offer & it's hard to leave to go home.

Mother nature's forest, mountains, & waterfallls are breath taking ! There is so much to do and if you don't want anything to do, well here is the place. Relax, read, sleep, rest, watch a movie, listen to music, feed the birds, take another nap, OR walk a trail, shop, golf, sightsee, visit National Historic Sites, antiquing, ride the Blueridge Parkway, swim, fish, canoe, etc, etc,

What makes this condo unique

This property is unique because it has a fantastic view,quiet, cozy and away from it all yet close enough to many attractions. I love the area and the small towns close by to venture out and explore. The people here are very friendly and there is a peace about this place I can't explain - I refer to it as 'God's Country'

We Fell Asleep Listening to the Waterfall!!

If you're looking for a beautifully decorated condo that sits next to a breathtaking waterfall, look no further! We sat in the swing on the spacious veranda for hours just looking at and listening to the peaceful waterfall. Add to that the close proximity to nice restaurants, trails, more waterfalls, a state park and so many more fun activities, we will be back!!

What a wonderful place to escape from craziness!!! Everything a couple would need for a relaxing weekend away. Fanastic view and every comfort provided! Thanks for the opportunity to lease and I hope to return in the Fall
