This was our second summer coming to Sea Bright and first time staying at Ina's condo. The condo was well appointed and a perfect spot for my mother, myself and my three children (ages 8, 10 and 14). We had plenty of room and wanted for nothing. The balcony was the perfect spot for breakfast and morning coffee and the back patio was wonderful for our daily lunches. We took full advantage of our location - walking to town daily early each morning, spending late mornings and afternoons on the beach and even taking advantage of the close proximity to NYC by venturing in to the city for an evening of visiting friends. The kids all agree (not an easy thing to have 3 kids agree on the same thing!) that this beach is the "best" for riding waves, swimming and just exploring. The owners were very responsive to questions and needs, even accommodating an early arrival request when the temperatures soared and we were without air conditioning at my mother's home prior to the start of our vacation! Can't wait for another spectacular stay next summer!

We rented this townhouse for a family wedding and my immediate family decided to extend our stay. The location was perfect. We were by the beach but within walking distance to town. My teen son loved the beach and my older children were able to walk out to hear music at night. The town of Sea Bright was beautiful and quiet We were able to walk at night and felt very comfortable and safe. The townhouse was perfect, clean and spacious.The front deck was nice but loved the back patio. I would recommend this property and would love to return. The owners were very courteous and helpful about our questions of the area and even called to check on us when surrounding areas were without water.

Perfect shore vacation

We stayed here during first week in July, 2012 and had wonderful time. House was wonderfully comfortable with good air conditioning during a very hot week. Back patio was perfect as was balcony off kitchen for morning coffee. Easy walk to beach at end of street. Beach wasn't crowded and we spent our time picking up many colored beach stones. Pier Village probably no more than 3 miles away, Rumson and beautiful homes right over bridge (Rte 520). Didn't eat in Sea Bright but walked for ice cream almost every night. Would recommend Rooney's, It's Greek to Me for dinner but don't think you could go wrong with any of many close by restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This townhouse is in a perfect location. On the beach, walkable to all the restaurants in Sea Bright. Also it is very convenient to the ferry to get into NYC. It had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

Serene family vacation

We stayed here in late June, visiting relatives in the area. The townhouse is right over the sea wall from the beach, which meant easy access for the kids, and no long distances to haul blankets and unbrellas. We had plently of room for the whole extended family to spread out - everyone had a place to retreat to when togetherness got overwhelming. The balconey next to the kitchen was my morning sanctuary - I would sit & watch the sun rise over the water. The place was spotless, and filled with conveniences - we used the washer & dryer more than I could have imagined! There are restaurants a few blocks down the street, but we used the kitchen & grill most of the time. The landlords were very responsive to questions & requests - very helpful. We were sad to leave, and would stay there again, happily.

What a clean, beautiful place so close to the beach,the town,alot of nice places to eat.Really nice definatley will rent again,.Very roomy townhouse with a lot to offer.Everyone enjoyed it!

The owners of this unit are very special. A prior guest had changed the password to the wireless router and the owner was there the same day to replace it!
The unit is comfortable and decorated with a touch of flair!
The neighbors are very friendly in this community.
My refund was returned promptly.
I would recommend you staying @ Inna and Boris's place!

wonderful beachhouse

I stayed at this beach house on for memorial day week and I could not be happy. It was modern, clean, spacious and well designed. It was very close to the beach and very close to the stores and shops that are on the avenue. We could walk to everything. The owner of this house was very accommodating and helped me out on short notice as well. I plan to stay there again and l would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay on the jersey shore to try this house out.

My family of seven spent eight wonderful days in July at this property. It is very comfortable and nicely maintained and the owners were very accommodating. The kitchen has good dishes and cooking utensils and the bath/bed linens provided are of exceptionally high quality. The hosts provide more than adequate cleaning supplies for their guests and we were happy to have a very good washer/dryer available for our use. The ocean and beach area is wonderful and we were delighted to find uncrowded beach conditions just steps away! I highly recommend this property as a comfortable and enjoyable place to enjoy the Shore in Sea Bright.

We just got back from our much needed weekend at the shore. We stayed at this townhouse- it was perfect! It is roomy,clean, well stocked, baby/child proofed,with a flat screen tv and cable, grill outside, full kitchen inside, I can go on and on. We are extremely happy we chose this unit for our weekend getaway.
