This spacious top floor unit sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably and features many extras:

An excellent choice in vacation rentals.

My wife and I spent a month in this condo and we were very pleased with it.It was clean, well located, and had a good view of the ocean.
We will recomend it to our friends and we will be using it again.

A Great week at the Beach

My wife and I took our Daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids for a week at Pelicans Landing. This a great location, short walk to the beach, nice pool, great views. We met some new friends and saw old friends. We have stayed at Pelicans Landing a dozen times over the last 10 years and this was one of the better Condos.

Just returned from our family vacation staying at Bob and Barbara's Condo. We recommend this property when visting Myrtle Beach the description and photos are right on! We were a party of 8 My daughter and husband, three little girls and mother in law. Myself loved the screened in porch and the view not right on the beach which I liked. The pool was the hit with the girls making friends with other young visitors. The grounds and complex are very well maintained. Hope we can return again next year.

Condo is beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom locations allow for alot of privacy. Laundry facilities very convenient. Short walk to the beach with a fabulous view of the beach from the master bedroom. Ample parking availability. Elevator available as well as baggage carts.
Owners respond to requests and comments in record time.
Will definitely book condo again. This will be your best kept secret :)

We really enjoyed staying at your place. It was a great location near the beach and Ocean Annies, which we like a lot. 3 bedrooms was very nice. Elevator right there at the entrance on the 3rd floor. Would like to have a 3rd parking space but across the street it cost $6.00 for all day parking and no charge from 7:00 pm to 7 am. We would stay there again in the future.

This is a great place. The owner was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. The condo was clean and exactly like the pictures. The layout of condo is provides everyone with their own space. We were pleased to be so close to all the attractions and just a short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a great vacation and be close to the beach. There were 8 in our party and there was room to spare! Beautiful place-pictures do no justice! Just sitting on the balcony outside of our bedroom with my morning coffee or at night was the most relaxing time pretty much of my life!! We will be back for years to come! Thank you Barbara for a great family memory!!

Me and my family had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach! The condo was great! The kitchen was well stocked....anything I needed was at my disposal. The washer and dryer was a great convenience during our stay. I also liked the fact that when I called with questions Barbara was there to answer them and offer ideas for family things to do. All in all, it was a nice time for our family, and staying in such a nice place certainly made our vacation the best it could be. We would definitely choose Pelicans Landing again.

Grand Strand Never Disappoints

We have been to Myrtle Beach as a family now 8 times. Kids were young the first 7 times this time they're in final years of university. We have stayed at Pelicans Landing every time and enjoyed this stay just as much as previous stays. Condo excellent choice . Will be back again.
