SUMMER FAMILY WEEKLY RENTALS: During the months of July & August, we limit our rentals to FAMILY weekly rentals. Saturday to Saturday. This provides a pleasant Family environment for all of our guests to enjoy.

We never take a security deposit from our Family rentals as all of our guests are treated like family.

April, May & June Young Adult Weekends: During the months of April, may & June, we offer 2, 3 & 4 night rentals specially designed for our Young Adults. We limit rentals only to young adults during this time frame that provides a safe and fun environment for our young adults to celebrate the end of the school year prom or other celebrations. Rates start as low as $ 80.00 per person per night.

SEPTEMBER & FALL WEEKENDS: Seaside Heights and the surrounding communities offer a host of special themed weekends including the SeafoodFestival, Clown Festival, Bar be Cue Competitions, Auto & Motor Cycle Shows the Annual National Clown Festival and one of the largest Columbus Parades in the Nation. We offer unique family weekend packages starting as low as $ 380.00 for the entire 2 night package. Suites, Cottages and House available. Heated Inground pools and fitness center remain operational.

We rented this house to celebrate my step-daughter's sweet 16, thinking she would be able to bring a number of her girlfriends down with us. The house is beautiful. Very well maintained. We lucked out with nice weather so the kids (7yo, 8yo, 9yo and three 16 year olds) were able to get in some pool time. And the pool IS heated. We just needed to get someone to turn it on. This 5 bedroom is basically 2 separate apartments, one 3 bedroom on the ground level and one 2 bedroom upstairs, each with their own kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Not to mention pull out couches. There were plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans and grill equipment. Plus a dishwasher (thank goodness!). Wifi and cable included. VERY nice courtyard on the side of the house (there is a side entrance that leads right in to it) with high-top tables/chairs to sit, along with 2 natural gas grills to use.
This house is approximately 6 LONG blocks to the beach. You can walk there but be prepared for a considerable walk! There is an A&P not too far of a drive away, and a 7-eleven very close by, which is a rip-off!
We took advantage of their concierge service for sheets. They supplied a set of sheets (fitted, flat, pillow cases) for each night we stayed. We did bring our own blankets and towels rather than spend the money renting those. We also took advantage of the ability to check out in the evening rather than in the morning for a small charge.
Their management and staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. We could not have asked for more, and really have nothing bad to say about our experience. We would definitely do business with Lazy River Rentals again!
