In need of a relaxing getaway? You are in luck! This beautiful recently remodeled golf villa is located on the sun-drenched Kohala Coast between two beautiful golf courses and provides spacious vacation accommodations with easy access to some of the Big Island's most notable attractions.

The Golf incentives included in the rental of this villa create a unique opportunity to golf at two premier golf courses, The Waikoloa Beach Course and the Waikoloa King's Course, at an incredibly reduced rate by allowing renters to take advantage of the owners Gold Golf Membership. Green fees, with the use of the membership, are $75 on the Beach Course and $50 on the King's Course. The savings for a couple are $170 a day off onsite rate and as much as $310 off the high season rack rate.

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated property located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The resort has beautifully landscaped grounds that are incredibily inviting. The King's Shops and the newly completed Queen's Marketplace, located within walking distance, offer upscale dining, excellent shopping and endless entertainment. The sandy beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay is a short walk from the Shores and offers swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and sailing. Beyond Waikoloa, the Big Island offers incredible adventures with opportunities to explore volcanic mountains, lush rainforests and 260 miles of shoreline.

This newly remodeled and redecorated Villa's is one of the nicest units in the complex. The Villa has two large master suites, one with a tub and separate shower and the other has a very large two person shower, plus a powder room, fully stocked kitchen, living room/dining area and a covered lanai with a wet bar. The total living space (including the lanai) is approximately 2000sf. The villa can sleep five guests with 2 king-size beds and an extra twin bed in one of the master suites. The private wrap around lania is secluded and is a perfect place to just relax or enjoy a romantic dinner while watching the breathtaking sunset. The living room has a 42 inch flat screen TV, with smaller versions in the other two bedrooms. There is an iPod docking station, computer desk working area, and high speed internet connection available. There is also a wonderful staff to ensure that your stay is everything that you hope it to be.

The Villa is located directly across the drive from the swimming pool and a short walk from the exercise room. If you wish to venture further for the many activities available on the island, the concierge service at the pool or check in area will be glad to be of service. For those interested, some of the activities the island has to offer include sailing cruises, horseback riding, helicopter tours, hiking, fishing, biking, diving, snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, volcano watching and more. There truly is something to do for everyone on this beautiful island.

Just returned from a week in this very spacious condo and can't say enought about the accommodations! This is the third time my husband and I have stayed in this condo and I have to say that it is the perfect place for two couples or a family with children. Very nicely decorated with high quality art, high quality beds for a great nights sleep and a fully stocked kitchen. The lani is extra large which gives you extra living space for your group and the unit is directly across from the swimming pool. Also, even though this condo isn't on the beach, the view and sunsets a very nice. The beach is just a 15 minute walk away. The owners are great to work with and the management group on site is there for anything you need. I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing stay in Waikoloa!
