Perfect property

My wife did a good job looking for this great house. When we entered that house it was WOW it's cozy & spacious. The paintins are nice as well. It has nice yard where my kids play, car driveway, central aircondtion, big kitchen & laundry room. Frank the owner even provided the laundry soap. Great place better than hotel we feel like at home.
It's a walking distance to Hollywood & Vine and a block to Ralphs Supermarket. Its convenient to all we need even the restaurants are around the corner. You can't go wrong with the location. It's truly the heart of Hollywood. We walked at Runyon Canyon & saw some movie stars. GREAT HOUSE & LOCATION! Highly recommended. We'll come back again We love your house. Thank you Frank!

We just spent a wonderful 5 nights in Frank's home in Hollywood. It was so great to have access to a driveway for parking (behind a gate). VERY easy walk to Hollywood and Highland and Grauman's Chinese Theater. Also a short but difficult walk to Runyon Canyon...excellent exercise..bring your sneakers.
Frank met us right on time. The refrigerator was stocked with bottled water. The house had wonderful amenities.
Try the restaurant Bosanova right around the corner on Sunset. Great food cheap prices.
You definitely need a car in LA. We were able to make it to the Paramount studios where we watched a taping of Dr Phil in less than 15 minutes.
Security deposit was returned before we even left LA. Much better than staying in a hotel for the 4 of us. We had 2 well equipped bathrooms. Plenty of towels. A well stocked kitchen. Frank supplied the detergent for the washer and dryer.
We would recommend this place again.

Frank was fantastic - helpful, friendly, available and did everything he could to ensure we had a great time in Los Angeles. The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped , with everything you need to have a great time. Thanks for the advice, the warm welcome and your lovely home. We can highly recommend it.

The house is perfect. Very spacious and lost of room. The kitchen is very complete. It has everything you can need for cooking. Condiments, plastic bags, you name it. The owner is adorable. Make you feel at home.
The location: you can't beet it. It's right next to Hollywood boulevard. You can walk to the chinese theather! The included parking is great too because it is not easy in LA to find parking!
The only problem we experienced is that LA got very cold when we where there. We didn't expect it because it was the begining of October. I had not ask the owner where was the heater. Be sure to ask otherwise you might be cold. LA houses are not isolated (of course). The owner is great, he will help you for sure with everything you need.

We had a wonderful time on our Calfornia trip, especially our stay in Hollywood. The home was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for 5 of us, including two teenage boys. The boys had their own room with bath and internet connection which allowed them to stay connected with their friends at home and communicate about their trip. We were within walking distance of many Hollywood attractions as well as shops and restaurants. We were very grateful for the central air conditioning as our stay was during an unseasonably warm week.
Frank, the owner, was a wonderful host. The home was very tastefully decorated and it included all the amenities, i.e. coffee pot, dish washer, washer/dryer. Frank left information on places to see, restaurants in which to eat, and directions to many of the area attractions. This certainly beat staying in a hotel room. We would most definately recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area. I hope we get to come back again soon!

Frank was a perfect resource and accomodated every need we had. He was available to answer any questions and also kept us updated of new attractions in addition to the information provided at the home. The home was clean, comfortable and had every accomodation you would need. We have a two year old with us so ample indoor and outdoor space was great! The home is in a private, gated area with easy access from the main roads. The location is exceptional, really in the middle of all the tourists attractions in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, as well as a local Target, Ralph's supermarket, beaches, etc.

Two blocks away from Hollywood Blvd, hidden by a gate and trees that surround the property, is a cute house with a nice sized backyard and private parking. It was perfect for our family of 5 which most hotels don't accommodate. Frank, the owner was very accommodating. He went the extra mile and purchased a brand new double bed for my children to sleep in. He had left a folder on the table recommending some good restaurants and places to go, etc. Even though it is an older house, it was very clean and very well-maintained. It even has a Mexican feel to it. All the rooms have a fresh, cool atmosphere. This house was perfect for us in terms of size and location.
We definitely recommend it and I certainly would go back again!

Rented many homes over the years, but I must say this tops them
all. Very secure, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated with a great
yard. The home had everything we needed including wireless internet and central air. What a treat in downtown Hollywood. Didn't need a car rental at all. Only a few blocks from Hollywood Boulevard, the metro system, grocery stores and restaurants. Friends in the area found it very convenient and easy to find us. Their first impression upon entering the home was, "Wow, this is beautiful! How did you find this?". Frank, the owner, was very amiable and helpful. He obviously takes pride in his home. Thank you! I would definitely rent this house
again.
