SUNRISE SEA unit 108, 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH CONDO, 63rd St. OCEAN CITY, MD

Come stay in our very clean, well maintained, 2BR, 2 bath midtown Ocean City condo (63rd St.). Our unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wake each morning and take a quiet walk on the beach. You won't have to deal with traffic or cross walks to get to the beach. Or enjoy your morning coffee from our balcony, with a view of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay.

By day enjoy all Ocean City has to offer. You can ride bikes or walk any part of the 3 mile long boardwalk. All water sports are available, fishing, boating, jet skiing, parasailing; miniature golf, amusement parks, water slides, go-karts and more. There is even an indoor miniature golf location, if you need to take a break from the sun. Take a 20 minute ride to Berlin, MD for antiquing. Or enjoy a round of golf at one of several local courses (Pine Shore Golf, Eagle’s Landing, Links at Lighthouse Sound and more). Shopping, choose from many small boutiques or the Tanger Outlets in either Ocean City or Delaware (tax free). Enjoy a movie at either of Ocean City’s 2 movie theaters (Sun & Surf Cinemas or Fox Theater). By night enjoy the night life at Seacrets or one of several venues for live bands. Or take a walk on the boardwalk and snack on Fisher’s Popcorn, Kohr Frozen Custard or Candy Kitchen Salt Water Taffy. You will not be bored!

MASTER BEDROOM

At night you'll rest comfortably in a king bed. The master also has a large TV, dresser, and private full bath. You can read a book while relaxing on the love seat. Dual lamps and nightstands provide added storage. An alarm clock is provided if you need to be on time for your golf tee time.

GUEST BEDROOM

2nd bedroom will sleep 4 people on 2 full size beds, dresser and TV. Second full bath is only steps away. We can assist you in obtaining beach, baby items and linens for your stay.

LIVING ROOM – DINING ROOM

The large living room area has enough room for relaxing. There is seating for 8 people on 2 large sofas, and a swivel chair. Plenty of daylight with a southern exposure with 15 feet of sliding glass doors, to let in plenty of light. Enjoy expanded cable TV or watch your favorite VHS tape or DVD. The large dining room table will comfortably seat 6. The TV can be turned if you don’t want to miss your favorite show during your meal.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped (should you want to cook) for most cooking needs, pots, pans, stemware and silverware. In addition to the electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and garbage disposal, the kitchen is also equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster and counter seating for 2.

BALCONY - UTILITY - POOL - PARKING

Enjoy your meal on the large balcony with table & chairs. Or relax and work on your suntan using the chaise lounge. Stacked washer/dryer is provided in the unit as well as an iron and ironing board. There is plenty of storage space. Outdoor pool is available (seasonal). Two, on property parking spaces are provided; free on street or municipal (fee) parking is available. Elevator access provides for easy arrival/departure.

The condo was everything we expected when we arrived. It was clean, the furnishings were nice, and the beds were comfy. The owner was great to communicate with. It was nice to have a view of the ocean and the bay as well.

The condo was charming, clean, comfortable. It was one of the nicest condos I have rented in Ocean City. You can tell that the owners keep everything updated.

Great vacation condo!

My family and I just got back from a relaxing beach vacation. The condo was great - clean, centrally located, and much larger then the photos convey. With the amount of gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.)we had to haul, it was nice being so close to the water. The owner was very helpful and timely with communication. I would definitely recommend this property and would personally stay here again. The Crabcake Factory (120th Street) is a fantastic place for breakfast and I think we went to Dumser's at least three times for ice cream!

Excellent rental property!

The rental was perfect for our family vacation. The photos are very accurate and actually it looks even better in person. It was a very short easy walk to the beach, with a slight view of the ocean from the balcony. We would definitley stay here again. The owner was very helpful and answered any and all questions we had very promptly.

Great Beach Experience!

My family had an awesome time in Ocean City--wish we could have stayed longer!!
This property was VERY clean, well maintained, well equipped and a great location.
The weather was the only bummer, but Ocean City had options and we took advantage of them--indoor mini golf and shopping.

Ready to Relax!

We arrived in Ocean City at the start of a long Holiday weekend and didn't think about home or work at all. Parking was a breeze. It was great not having to get into the car to go to the beach which is steps away from the condo. Colorful kites fly above a super clean and beautiful beach. The condo is also super clean and bright. We were able to relax on the balcony with breakfast, coffee, and drinks later on. We didn’t use the pool but peeked at it and saw others enjoying it throughout the weekend. There is every type of daytime activity you can want (beach, cruises, boat rentals, "paddle surfing", parasailing, mini golf, etc.) and also many restaurants, nightlife and a great boardwalk. I would highly recommend this condo for any family/couple/friends stay.

A great long weekend

We had a chance to visit this unit in the fall of 2010. The unit was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely laid out and well equipped. We had members from 3 generations in the unit and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. As my grandson was with us it was a great relief not to have to cross Ocean Highway to get to the beach. In fact it was only steps to a very nice stretch of beach. There was plenty of covered parking for guests and the complex has a small but nice pool. The unit makes a trip to the beach very easy: from comfort to access to the beach, restaurants, and attractions it was a very convenient place to stay. I highl recommend it.

AWESOME Place to Stay

This unit is an AWESOME place to stay!! We do our annual girls' weekend every June at Sunrise Sea. The unit is in a central location and very close to the beach. It is very clean and well maintained. Domenick, the owner, is fabulous to deal with! I would highly recommend staying here!!
