I spent the night at a most charming place...Little Palm Cottage...in Santa Barbara. It is a minute away from the Beach and from all of the fun Santa Barbara activity. Located up on a hill, there is a view of the ocean and is also away from the hussle and bussle. I found it to be clean and well-maintained. The owners were so accommodating and helpful. The listing description was most accurate, I have found some that are not, and the house looked just like the photo in the listing.
A great place to spend week or a month. Not far from great seafood restaurants on the pier, arts and crafts show on the weekends...bike riding, surfing...you name it and it is just seconds away.

We found Little Palm Cottage to be a delight. It was very clean, and accurately presented in the photos on the web site. Even though the adjacent properties are close by, both the house and the lovely back yard are completely private. It is on a street with virtually no traffic so it is very quiet.
The location is ideal if one likes to walk, because it is about one minute to Shoreline Park, and then an easy stroll to the town waterfront which is a happening place! Walking up and down the waterfront is endless fun.
We enjoyed the bottle of wine Lesley left and her suggestions of things to see. There are just too many. Incidentally, there is an excellent grocery store about a mile away.
We would recommend this cottage without any hesitation. It is a nearly perfect way to see Santa Barbara. We hope to return.

The home is beautiful, clean and close to many attractions in Santa Barbara. We especially liked the privacy of the backyard. I assumed we would have access to the ocean through the backyard but you need to head out the front door and around the block to see the ocean--that was disappointing. Overall, our stay was great!
