Lovely New Apartment.

Casa Candiles is a new home on the South end of town only a five minute walk to the village plaza, stores, restaurants and the main surf beach. The apartment is located below the home and offers an extremely private location with a private entrance and a lovely view of town and beaches.

THE APARTMENT and it's patio look over the town to the ocean and the jungle and beaches of San Pancho. Local art and Mexican furniture provide a comfortable home away from home. A place to relax and enjoy your vacation in beautiful Sayulita! Sorry, does not include pool usage. The first 7 photos are the apartment. The rest are of the house which is also available at times.

THE UPSTAIRS HOUSE is available at times. It offers an additional 2 large bedrooms with a king bed suite and balcony upstairs and a downstairs suite with a queen bed and twin. There are two large bathrooms and one with a tub. It offers incredible luxury and space for a family or two couples. There is a huge patio with a saltwater pool. Incredible kitchen and formal dining table that seats 8. View of ocean, jungle and village from every window. The house can sleep either two couples or a family with a maximum of 5 people.

Sayulita offers a great vacation choice. Good weather from November until May. Tropical storms in the rainy season. Beautiful beaches. Friendly people. Wonderful Mexican handcrafts.

ADVANTAGES :Close in. No car is needed. Privacy and a lovely view. Very reasonable and spacious.

PLENTY OF SPACE AND STORAGE: The apartment is approximately 500 sq. feet so you have room to spare. Possible use of garage if needed for surfboards.

The house is about 2000 sq. feet plus 1000 sq. foot patio.

FULL KITCHEN: Both areas offer you the ability to create a great meal at home. Cook at home in your lovely tiled kitchen or enjoy the local Mexican cuisine, fine dining or taco stands. There is something to accommodate every price range. Good markets are in town and walkable.

CONVENIENT: Wonderful location only five minutes to plaza, main beach, restaurant and stores.

PARKING : Off street parking available if needed or take the bus.

SECURE: The apartment and house have metal doors and windows that lock which provide more security. Also a lock up box for your valuables.

Windows in sleeping areas are fully screened and glassed.

ALL THE AMENITIES YOU WOULD EXPECT:

Bottled drinking water.

Cotton Sheets and towels.

Maid service is once a week unless otherwise negotiated.

We have lived in Sayulita for 17 years. We still love this village and call it our home. We feel very fortunate to call Sayulita our home and hope to be here a long time.

What makes this apartment unique

We love being so close to everything. Yes, there are noises in a village but that is just part of it. If you want complete quiet, Mexico is probably not your choice. We want to interact with our Mexican neighbors as well as the many expatriots from all over the world.

A great location and comfortable apartment

Our family of three just returned from our stay in Casa Candiles' apartment and couldn't have had a better time. Sayulita is a small, family-friendly town that is safe, walkable and has great beaches.
The apartment is larger than the photos make it seem. It is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the 5 week stay. The owner is helpful, friendly and gave us plenty of privacy.

I would like to mention the patio did not have sun on it (in case that is important to you) during the time of our stay but that also kept the apartment nice and cool during the day. Be prepared to walk up a slight hill and some steps to get to the house. It’s a great little walk and we did it every day to and from the beach or town with our 18 month old daughter and it was perfectly fine.

Casa Candiles is a wonderful house/apartment and I would highly recommend it for a single traveler, a couple or small family.

Perfect Location and Charm

We found this apartment via VRBO.com and couldn't have been happier with the location, atmosphere, safety and decor/amenities that they offered. The owner was easy and pleasant to work with, getting there was fairly easy and the place was clean and comfortable for up to 3 people.

We would surely stay in the apt again - it was a lovely getaway for my husband and I to really relax. The only downside (and this is all of Sayulita) was the noise and roosters, so do bring ear plugs! We did happen to be there during a big festival too.

Wonderful apartment for the price!!

This place was situated on the south end of town and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. We enjoyed the views from the pool and porch area. There is no AC, but the fans are nice. I brought ear plugs which was good because the fans are loud and you can hear some of the noise from the town. The caretaker was very helpful and kind. The kitchen is sufficient, but don't expect to make a large and incredible meal. We made breakfast almost every morning in the kitchen, and only ate out once a day. This makes for a very affordable stay in Sayulita and allows you to enjoy other activities that may cost more. We traveled by bus to a town north called La Penita to purchase some local crafts and see the open-air market. We found a handful of items that were great, but many things were made in China. We used the caretaker's snorkeling guide service out to the Marieta's Islands. The guide didn't speak English, but he was very nice and we enjoyed some of the nicest snorkeling we've ever done. I would recommend this place for adventure travelers. Having wifi was an added bonus which allowed us to check email and look up information about hikes and local attractions. I would return to this place in a heartbeat!!!

After spending five nights in this beautiful apartment we fell in love with, not only the spacious living space but also, the town of Sayulita. The apartment is perfectly located a few minutes walk from the plaza and a minute, or so, more from the beach. The apartment is beautifully appointed, with an open floor plan and a spectacular view of the ocean, mountains and village(if you're up early the sunrise is gorgeous--if not, the sunset is too...). We can't wait to go back again! Muchas Gracias!!!

Our beach time in March was perfect with this
beautiful apartment as our home base. It is airy and
roomy for 2, and plenty of room for 3. We walked
everywhere easily, even to the Playa Los Muertos side.

We spent a few weeks last November in this apartment, it was perfect! There is a great view from every window and a very nice breeze. We loved the space in the apartment, the kitchen was great and the patio is a nice quiet place to relax. I loved the location to town and the beach and would recommend it to anyone! Sayulita is so fun and this apartment was perfect! Thank you!

This is a really lovely apartment-large and airy.
Super comfortable & clean. I love the details , like the
paint & tile work. Very comfortable for 2 people but
plenty of room for 3. It's any easy walk to the plaza &
beach. I have already recommended it to friends.
