Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This is a beautiful relaxing place to stay with views of the Diversion Canal. Wake up to a beautiful Sunrise over the River. Fish from the pier. Tour Plantations on River Road, Antique in beautiful Ponchatoula or nearby Denham Springs Historical District. Shop at the outlet mall. Spend a day at Blue Bayou Water Park or the Amusement Park.

This unit is in a gated community and is beautifully decorated with cozy decor. It is on the second floor and has a huge screened balcony with dining area, as well as comfy chairs for relaxing or reading a book. There is an additional area for sunbathing. The Living room features two comfortable sofas and a leather recliner.

The Master bedroom and one guest room have king sized beds. The third bedroom has twin beds. There is a marina nearby which rents party barges and boats, and the water taxi comes right out front. There is NO parking for a boat or trailer.Owner is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana .

My family and I stayed here for a week in May, 2012, and absolutely loved it! The owner was very helpful, the condo very clean, and the area was so peaceful. I looked forward every morning to taking my coffee out on the balcony and watching the sun rise as the fish jumped in the river. If we ever get back to Louisiana, this would be my first choice in accommodations.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We loved this condo. Great place to relax and unwine. The view is incredible. Great place to put our boat. We loved the restaurants - Kevin's Cajun Restaurant, and a Mexican Restaurant - I think Sarita's. Best Mexican food I've ever had. Sarita's is within walking distance. Screened in porch made is very pleasant to sit outside.

Thanks for the great rental. We will return!
