Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two-story, Regal Palms town house provides access to the beautiful Regal Palms facilities: two heated pools, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, water slide, lazy river, sauna, steam room, fitness centre. Relax under the Florida sun on a comfortable lounge chair while the children play in the water. The facilities are wholeheartedly recommended by our son.

Our airconditioned house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen etc. The living room and master bedrooms all have ceiling fans. Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities with a further bathroom available for the two twin bedrooms. Our Regal Palms town home is a short walk from the clubhouse. Wifi internet available in the house. The king and queen sized mattresses were replaced in November 2012 with Hampton and Rhodes 14' Premont Luxury Pillow Top mattresses.

We fell in love with Regal Palms resort as soon as we saw the magnificent facilities and we hope that you will too!

The resort has a large restaurant and bar, poolside tiki bar, fitness centre, spa and beauty complex, internet café (surcharge), indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, steam room, children play area and volleyball court. Since recently there is also a 'Dive in Movie' - watch the movie from the pool or from the sun loungers!

The latest expansion is the Pirate-themed kid's fun zone, which includes a 4,000 square feet state-of-the-art resort

arcade room, featuring an indoor playground (the only one of its kind in the area) offering an interactive experience all

connected by bridges, tunnels, crawls and decks as well as a full restaurant menu to satisfy your hunger. The kid's zone

opened on 27 July 2012.

Free Wireless internet facilities are available in the clubhouse. The bar broadcasts live sporting events on plasma TVs. Please note that the resort charges $11.95 per day per house, but this will enable you to have unlimited access to all facilities. This fee is payable to the resort on arrival. The resort is only 8 miles from the main Disney attractions and is located on the I-27.

A Publix supermarket is located within 2 minutes and a Super Centre Wall Mart supermarket is located within 5 minutes drive.

The house has cable television in all rooms, a 32' TV in the living room and a 19' TV in all bedrooms. A stroller and highchair is available for your use and we have left a selection of family games, children's books and DVDs in the house. The DVDs mainly consist of children DVDs. A wired and wireless internet connection is available, but you will be required to bring you own laptop. A travel playplen/crib is available at no extra charge.

There is so much to do around the Orlando area, one vacation will not be enough!. We have been visiting Florida for a number of years and are still exploring new attractions. We are passionate about Florida and if you need any information, specifically about fishing or hunting, do contact us as we most probably will be able to give you some ideas. The advert is just not long enough!

Please note that check in is at 4.00pm. Check out is at 10.00am. Late check outs are subject to availability and a charge will be made. If guests arrive on the day of your departure late check outs will not be possible due to the time required to clean the house and the only way to secure a late check out will be to book an extra day.

About Ria

We are a family of three - Paul, Ria and Daniel - and live in the UK. We love Florida, there are so many different things to do and people are so friendly and helpful, and of course, the weather is superb.

Why Ria chose Regal Palms

We fell in love with the house and the resort when we saw the great facilities - lazy river, 2 heated pools, waterslide. We brought Daniel with us on our viewing trip as it was important that he liked the resort as well. The resort is perfect for us as it provides everything we need to keep our son and ourselves entertained on the 'rest' days and, in contrast to a villa with its own pool, provides him with the opportunity to play with other children.

I have stayed in resort before, however, this property was exceptionally clean, updated, nicely decorated and was by far the nicest place we have stayed. Thanks so much to Mia for maintaining property so well. We have already expressed interest in staying next year, as soon as our baseball schedule comes out I will be in contact to lease again. The only disappointment (and the owners have nothing to do with this) was the staffs sour mood during our stay. It had been pointed out to us that the mgmt. company that runs the food and bar area is very demanding and the turnover with employees is huge. It seemed that all workers were on edge and service was poor.

Nice place for a large family close to Disney

The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Plenty of room for two adults and 4 children in our family. The complex has a fair amount of street traffic so be careful with small children. The gym is nice. The gameroom.......now that is cool! The kids loved it. Pools and game room were a big hit!

Close to Disney and shopping. Close to grocery stores, etc.

The best thing about this rental is the extremely nice owners who are very kind and made our experience very easy to book and quite enjoyable.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: The comments are really appreciated, especially about me - I try to make the bookings process as easy and quick as possible. The beds are very comfortable, the king and queen size beds have 14" pillowtop mattresses (purchased in October 2012).

The games room is called Banana Jack, an indoor childrens play area full of enclosed climbing and play areas. There are separate areas for the slightly older children - interactive car racing, etc.

We had a wonderful time in the house of Paul and Ria on Cambria Avenue in Regal Palms. The fact that we stayed here for the second time says enough!
The house is clean, big enough for our family of five and with a lovely lounge suite in the living area.
It's more than pleasant that the house is situated on a walking distance from the pool area of Regal Palms.
Regal Palms is a great resort with a lovely pool which is fun enough for our teenagers.
A good Publix is nearby Regal Palms with a few restaurants and a very nice ice cream shop :-)
The Disney area is just 15 minutes away.

Exactly as described, comfortable, well equipped

"We had a excellent time in the house during our holiday. It was exactly as described and comfortable. It was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfy and we liked the fridge with its water and ice dispenser. There is WIFI connection available. The resort is well looked after with a great swimming pool. All the staff were very friendly.

There is a supermarket nearby (Publix) which stocks most things including vegetarian foods. It also has a good health food section.

The parks are about 20 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic and there is a nature area at Lake Louisa about 20 minutes up the road. We found some restaurants which did vegetarian food not too far away (not easy in Florida): Olive Garden and Sweet Tomatoes. Both restaurants have websites to check out locations, menus and prices.

Ria (the owner) provided us with everything we needed to know and always answered any questions promptly. We had a fantastic time, thank you!"

This was a lovely home. We shared it with another 4 member family. We all had plenty of space. It was very relaxing to allow the children to go upstairs and play and relax on their own after a long day of Disney! The pool was fun and enjoyable. Our kids loved the slide and lazy river. The adults took advantage of the hot tub and lounge areas. The location of the home was good. A short drive from Disney but well worth it! The convenience of having a full service grocer was a great addition, also. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a reasonable rate with very good accommodations. I felt like the home was a steal!

What a great vacation home to rent! The description was exactly as advertised. It was was clean and perfect for our needs. It was so nice to have a larger area to stay in verus just a hotel room with 2 beds. The owners are so nice and are very quick to reply or answer any questions. The communication was fantastic! The travel time to Disney World was approx 15 mins. The kids loved the pool area with the lazy river being the highlight. I have told almost everyone I know what a great experience this was!!

Excellent property, very clean and well maintainted. It was a pleasure to deal with Ria and I highly recommend the townhouse. She was really quick to reply to e-mail. She also, check on my arrival to make sure everything was ok with us. The house it just a short walk to the resort (pool). Kids really enjoy the water slide and the lazy river. Would definitely rent from them again. Publix and wal-mart are really close for buying foods. It's not too far from Disney or Universal around 15 to 20 minutes drives. I really enjoy my vacation at the regal palms.
