Hollywood bliss!

The photos shown on the website are an excellent portrayal of this amazing property. Nestled high enough in the hollywood hills to be secluded and extremely private, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants, supermarkets and shops you desire on a Hollywood vacation. We stayed here for three weeks and would have happily stayed for another three mainly due to this being a true home from home with all the creature comforts you desire and a lot more!
The house boasts a well equipped kitchen, satellite TV in the sitting room and bedroom and with such a warm summer, the air conditioning was a delight to come home to (not that we left the comfort of the pool half as much as we should have) and to top it off, the owner was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome.
You will not be disappointed with this beautiful home from home hideaway.

If you want a place to stay where you can be minutes away from everything, a relaxing sanctuary, and have all the privacy you need- this is the right house. We went to L.A. this summer and were so lucky to find this house. When walking in you are welcomed by a fresh yard of strung lights, a patio, and a calming pool. The house is greatly decorated and makes you feel completely at home. And, like the pool wasn't enough fun for us, there is a great place to run, hike, and/or jog at any time of the day. It is called, Runyon Canyon. At Runyon Canyon there are tons of friendly people and DOGS!

Very well equipped and comfortable in a peaceful location up the mountain but only 10 mins drive to that movie premiere and all the Hollywood action. An oasis of calm with a perfect (deep) pool for cooling off. Spotlessly clean with all administration handled promptly and accurately. Good supermarket and loads of restaurants nearby. Great place to chill out but so close to all the top places you would want to see in the area. Very highly recommended.

We just returned a week ago and seeing the picture makes me want to head back!! Five minutes down the canyon and your right on Hollywood Blvd - minutes from Highland, Sunset Blvd, Farmer's Market, and B.Hills - but the property is so private and quiet you'll feel like you're 100 miles from the city. The house is very clean, has two full baths that are both roomy and very nice. The kitchen is beautiful, and it really does feel like home. The pool and patio are very relaxing and get sun all day - the property is surrounded by gardens and woods. We brought our two teenage sons and they appreciated the wireless internet and flat screen TV. Great family vacation - way better than staying in a hotel. The owner was very accomodating and goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable - I would go back in a second!

We had a wonderful time at this property in July 2009. The house was everything it said on the website and much more. The owner could not have been more helpful. This really is a beautiful property in an excellent location only one street away from Hollywood Boulevard. It is very private and a real suntrap. We have no hesitation in giving this property and the owner top marks.

This is a fabulous property that we loved "borrowing" for a week. The house is very easy to get to, yet tucked away in a very quiet, private, bucolic nook of Nichols Canyon. The house is pristine with a well-equipped kitchen, great video/music set-up, very comfortable beds with great pillows & linens; in short, it's got everything you need to feel completely at home. The pool and grounds are wonderful, with lovely landscaping and outdoor dining if you choose. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We've already recommended the property to friends and hope we have an excuse to return soon! Our expectations were surpassed.

The description provided on the site is totally accurate though the house and grounds feel even more lovely. The house and pool area are completely private but also in short driving distance from shops, restaurants as well as a canyon hike. It was well kept, clean and equipped with all that we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was more than eager to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely return.
