due to its unique location. Rental comes with large kitchen area fully stocked with dishes cookware ect. Take advantage of a private deck with views of Back Cove as well as A gorgeous Portland City skyline! Location boasts of a living room with a gas fireplace, pool table as well as a 93 inch incredibly clear projector! Unit has on site laundry area complete with linens, and access to a jogging/walking trail circling Back Cove just by stepping out the front door. Other added features include computer access and off street parking. House sets almost by itself giving privacy from all but one neighboring house.

We had a great stay. It is decorated so nicely the kids loved the pool table and the tv screen on the wall not to mention the place is close to the Portland Promanade where they had a great huge hill for our dog to run around on as well as a beach all within walking distance. We also liked how it was so close to the Portland Old Port where we found lots of great places to eat and a ferry to go to the islands.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I'm writing This review in hopes of stopping someone from wasting their time and money. I'm not going to go into the back ground story but We had to leave after the second due to my asthma. We were charged a cleaning fee but it was clear to us they do not clean the apartment. Their was mold in the laundry area, the sheets and towels smelled of mildew and there was massive dust bunnies everywhere. And with the way the owners reacted they do not care. Buyer beware!
Also, everything listed as amenities was false! And it doesn't sleep 4 unless you count the futon next to the bed the second bedroom and not pet friendly like advertised
