A Short Week in Paradise

The condo, beach, location, pool and grounds all very very nice. Location on Alii Drive is convenient for day trips around the island or mixing with other tourists in Kona town.
The property grounds are well kept.
The Condo is tastefully decorated with nice ammenities.
The only minor suggestions we can make are spray more often for ants (we travel often enough to know bugs and the tropics go hand in hand.) A newer/firmer matress in the master would also move this rating from Great to Perfect....
We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves immensely - I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Beautiful location, beautiful view. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The Lanai was our favorite spot. All the furniture was in good condition; all the amenities such as linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. were in good condition also. Anything that a family might need for a beach vacation is available for use at the condo. The place was airy, with easy access to a beach, not for swimming, but we spotted crabs, fishes, turtles. Even dolphins can be seen at certain times. Easy to find location, designed by a renowned architect, the building doesn't look 30 years old. It made our one week stay very memorable.

My wife, brother-in-law, and his wife stayed here over the long King Kamehameha Holiday weekend. We hadn't been to Kona in about 15 years. We flew into Kona, and my brother-in-law and his wife drove over from Hilo to pick us up. This place is in a GREAT location. Close enough to town, but quiet enough to relax. We even picked opihi right in front of the condo! You know if local peope enjoyed it, it must be a great place! I highly recomend it. You won't be disapointed!

I visited Kona with my 3 girlfriends for a long weekend, in which I celebrated my birthday. Upon entering the condo, you look straight out and WOW!, what a view. You are right on the ocean! The condo is well appointed, updated, clean and provides a relaxing "homey" atmosphere. I slept well at night, very quiet,although sleeping to the sound to the waves crashing is awesome too! The location is convinient, very close to shopping and great restaurants. We went on several outings. The brunch at the 4 Seasons is a must! Try a Ono Wrap sandwich, the best ever! (Cant' remember the sandwich shop's name). The private beach is amazing! The turtles come up to visit daily! We enjoyed our cocktails on the beautiful lanai. I would love to take my husband and my 2 boys in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants to relax, get away from the busy life, honeymooners, families and....you get the idea!

This is a great place! With a spacious lanai overlooking the ocean, there are tide pools and small beaches just steps away. It provides an ideal spot for just relaxing. The design of the condo is also quite memorable; an architect's vision is evident and appreciated. The condo is a short drive to shops and restaurants and centrally located on the Big Island. This place exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I loved this condo its everything you can imagine and much more. The owners want you to enjoy it and feel as comfortable as they do, they provide lots of information about the island places they have been and enjoyed. There is always someone to answer any questions you might have everyone is so friendly. We walked downtown to fun outside markets and to some wonderful restraunts. The sound of the waves put us to sleep each night. great memories were made here, We would love to go back again.

Wow,thiswas the most beautiful vacation ever. We had needed to get away for some time and when we found this place we couldn,t believe it. Our kids had a wonderful time ,what with the turtles basking in the sun and eating the algae. the furnishing are beautiful the kitchen has everything you will need and the dishes and glassware were unique and fun to use for parties on the lanai.It is close to town and the water is right outside the pool area.
The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. We had a great time and we're looking forward to going back soon.

This is a great place to call home on the Big Island. It offered the conveniences of a modern home like a full kitchen and laundry. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We spent a couple days just chillin' at the condo--there's movies, games, cable, telephone, and a lovely pool right by the ocean!

It was a great base from which to explore the island. We were close to town and snorkel beaches, yet secluded in a quiet and private residence that offered sandy beaches with friendly turtles and gorgeous views of the rocky shore--a feast for the eyes right off the lanai! I can't wait to return!
