Our stay at the fabulous Ryan home was beyond perfect. We arrived to a home meticulously cared for, bright, cheery , full of sun and plenty of room to spread out or escape for some alone time. The decks were amazing, especially the uppermost deck where a clear ocean view was to be found and the first floor shaded deck was cozy and comfortable for reading or playing games. We loved the child friendly nature of the house, reflective of its gracious and delightful owners. It was easy for us to walk to the beach and town and the playground is only a block away. I loved retreating to the magnificent third floor master bedroom on occasion, majestic indeed! Wish we could have stayed a second week.

We just returned from our fantastic vacation in Avalon and this house couldn't have been more perfect for our extended and young family. The house is stocked with everything you could need . . . beach gear, toys for young children, baby gear, games/sports equipment for adults, modern and stocked kitchen, and the wonderful outdoor decks. The beach entrance is a 1/2 block away and restaurants/shops are within a 5 minute walk. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Ryan home was very clean and beautiful. Our children and grandchildren had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen/living room was a wonderful area to gather for meals, games, and just relaxing. All the decks were used at different times for backyard games, appetizers, and drinks. The location made it easy for parking and quiet evenings/days. The 39th beach is beautiful and less crowded than the other beaches we observed, but w/o lifeguards. However, it was just as easy(short walk) to get to 40th where all could swim and use boogey boards with lifeguards. I have to say that the beaches were well maintained, exceptional and enjoyed by all. We spent most of our time at the beach and house with young children. The Ryans have plenty of chairs and beach toys, so no need to bring your own. The house was well equipped with plenty of nice wine glasses and cookware. It was sad leaving the Ryan home yesterday, but we have many memories to take home with us. Avalon is a beautiful place to vacation with family. Andrea Ryan was wonderful to work with and always very prompt with answering our questions throughout our planning process. I feel that anyone who rents this home will not be disappointed. A fun time was had by all!
