Pelicans Landing is a great location. We found and used some of the back roads to the outlets/stores which was really nice. The condo was absolutely wonderful and clean. We really enjoyed the screened in balcony and view of the ocean. Also if you like fishing as my husband does, the Apache Pier is within walking distance from the beach or if you prefer you can drive. He has several fish stories to tell from his time on the pier. He has a terrific time. Melissa is a terrific person to work with and I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends. Looking forward to our next trip to Myrtle Beach. Thanks Melissa!!!

This is a great location! We loved having Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach within a few miles!! These are great shopping, dinning, and entertainment locations!!
The condo was very cozy and clean! It was equipped with all the necessities.

it was so amazing. the condo is beautiful so roomy no-one was in anyones way. all the rooms had their own bathrooms which was great cause at night you weren't bothering anyone else using the bathroom. you have everything so close to you. I deff. recommend going to the carolina opry and watchin good vibrations and the carolina opry its two amazing shows. and also the ripleys believe it or not 4D, haunted house and aquarium on 9th-11th ave and celebrity circle its amazing. Little River is beautiful the speed boat was so much fun. We figured the side condos are the best because its not sunny the whole time you have sun and shade and privacy insteade of facin the beach were everyone can see you. I recommned rentin with Melissa and Brad they were so helpful in everything and so nice. It was an amazing vacation :)

We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect. It is located right off "Restaurant Row", so there are lots of great places to eat nearby. There's even nice burger joint three buildings down. Beach access is close (yes, as close as the picture shows...). Overall location is right in the middle of everything. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are both close. Golf is literally within a mile. We will be back...

August Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time. My three young kinds felt right at home in this comfortable condo - which was the most important thing for us. Beach access was easier and closer than I expected as you can walk under the building through the parking lot to go to the beach. Broadway at the beach is about 15 miles away with everything a family could want offered there. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next beach vacation here.

We all had an amazing time. This condo has an amazing location and is beautifully kept. We really appreciated all the things provided to us when we arrived. We would all highly recommend vacationing here to anyone and hopefully we will be back ourselves sometime. Thanks for everything to the the owners, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

great location! we had an awesome time. the pool was perfect on windy days as the fence gives wind protection and privacy but you can see the beach and ocean. look forward to renting from you again.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. First time there and will be back.Your condo was super comfortable, well equipped and well located. Walking on the beach several times a day was very relaxing as well as sleeping to the soothing sounds of the waves as they washed up on the beach. Shopping in the area was super and lots of dining out as well.

We are very pleased with our experience, and to have been the first renters. The home was everything we wanted and expected ... and even a little more. The proximity to the beach and local attractions was what drew us first, and we weren't disappointed. Being somewhat off the beaten path was nice, as well. The "dead end" street was quiet and peaceful, which was an unexpected benefit. The home itself had all the amenities and was very nicely furnished. I would certainly recommend it to any of my friends and family members who are looking for a very nicely appointed, 3-bedroom condo on or near the beach. Thanks for your hospitality and we look forward to someday renting there again.
