This property is located in an excellent location. Able to park right in front is nice.The unit has large rooms and was fully equipped to meet our needs. The master had a king bed and ensuite with shower only while the second bedroom had a queen bed and an ensuite with a bathtub/shower. Everything was as we expected. The only thing we noticed was the carpets are in need of a cleaning. Lots of dirty patches visible. The condo is quiet, has a great balcony view and being on the second floor was perfect. We would definitely stay here again when able. The telephone feature is a great luxury for calling home to Canada to stay informed.
Owner's Response: Thank you for the review. It's been difficult to properly clean the carpets because of a busy calendar with back-to-back bookings but it is now being taken care of. We are also planning a replacement for the dining/living room and hallway.

We recently spent our third family vacation in this great condo. The unit is always clean and well maintained. It is equipped with everything our family needs to feel at home; clean linens, towels, and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The owner's website is a great resource and he is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have. Renting this unit is always easy and convenient. For anyone interested in visiting the local attractions, it is located within easy driving distance to Disney and Universal Studios. The area is also close to countless restaurants, a pharmacy and a grocery store. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious unit, close to area attractions with all the conveniences of home. After a busy day, it is a great place to return to to relax, take in the view of the pond or hop into the always clean, and rarely crowded, swimming pool. We will definitely plan to return here on our next Florida vacation.

Great Condo, close to everything

This was the most spacious and clean condo our family has stayed at. Everything was as described. Local attractions were about 10-15 minutes drive. There are tons of restaurants if you feel like not cooking but if you prefer to cook everything is provided. There's laundry right in the unit as well but you need to provide your own detergent. You also need to bring your own shampoo/soap/toilet paper. I think that was the only downside because we had to go shopping as soon as we got in. Our suggestion is to provide soap dispensers and extra rolls of toilet paper for a few days. That would make it a true 5 star quality for us. We also had issues with dirty shower curtains and the management was right on top of it and changed the curtains. Great service and a great price. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, My management company provides a starter kit (detergent, toilet paper, etc) whenever they clean the unit before new guests arrive. I will investigate but I suspect there might have been overlooked by mistake this time around.

My family of 4 - 2 toddlers - spent 8 nights at this comfortable condo. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. My toddlers loved to come home and relax in it after hectic days of continuous shopping and Disney. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and a CVS pharmacy conveniently located when you have kids around.

Wonderful, convenient and spacious!

This was our first rental experience in Orlando and we were so pleased! The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. My children loved the pool and the well-kept, scenic grounds. We found the location very convenient to access all of the Disney parks and various tourist hot spots. We look forward to renting once again in the near future!
