We've been to this property twice a year for the last five years. We have enjoyed each day. The owners and staff are very responsive and really care that you are having a great experience. The location is ideal...close to the ferry terminal and bus stop, shopping for food and souvenirs, and exciting entertainment. Even if it rains we love it!

My girlfriends and I have been coming here for the past 5 years; there are many reasons we come back every year! Not only are Elva and Bob friendly and inviting, they seem to have thought of everything required for a pleasant stay in both the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos. We've stayed in both, not one complaint about this lovely couple and their lovely condos. My only reason for NOT wanting to share this info is because we don't want to other travelers to take up our coveted condo time! The views and beach access are top notch. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Our party of 4 adults stayed here the last week in February. The owners, Bob and Elva are very,very, good to work with. Email and telephone communication was 1st rate ! Their 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was updated, modern, & well equipped. We enjoyed the wonderful back patio overlooking the ocean & pool. I researched the various locations within this complex as I did not want the ocean and pool views to be blocked. This condo is perhaps the best location within the complex.
The beds were very comfortable, as well as the rest of the furnishings. Very important, "You will not find a better location in Playa del Carmen than Xaman-Ha !" Senior Frogs is 300 yards away as well as the large pier where the big ferry boats dock to take travelers to and forth to Cozumel. We walked (5 minutues) to Avenida Cinco (fifth street) most every night where you will find everything from local shops to Hilfiger, Oakley, and a "Rodeo Drive" shopping experience. 4 star dining is abundant. (ask fellow tourists for their dining recommendations)

Our experience was phenomenal. We arrived to a luxurious and welcoming condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. It has all the comforts of home and the ambiance of paradise. The views from the living room and bedrooms are breathtaking. I loved having a dishwasher, washer/drier, and wi-fi service. The staff is so friendly, accomodating and helpful. We loved the pool and the beach. The location is so convenient. It's close enough to 5th Ave. where all the shops and restaurants are. We are already planning our next vacation and are booking our stay at Xaman-Ha.

Our stay at Xaman Ha Condo was fantastic. The property was exactly as described. After our last trip I had decided that I only wanted to wake up to the oceanview. The master bedroom's view made my whole trip. We traveled with our grown children and some family members and it was perfect for everyone. We were all able to walk to whatever we were interested in doing and it was simple and easy to get around. Even catching the bus to attractions was easy from Playa. The condo was beautiful and in a very safe neighbourhood. The grounds and pool area are immaculate and well kept and the ocean was swimable every day we were there. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner even phoned to see how everything was for us.
I have already recommended this property to some friends and am looking for a reason to go back myself.
We went to Akumal for the day and had fun snorkeling. We also went to Cozumel and Xcaret. Great Day at Xcaret! We ate every dinner on 5th Avenue and no one had a bad meal.

Our whole family ages 19-46 recommends it!

If you want a perfect place to stay in the perfect vacation spot, then this is the place! Talk about elegant comfort! Two huge, sunny bedrooms with surrounding ocean views, and a third, roomy yet very private bedroom tucked away from the "action" make this condo perfect for any guests. Lots of closets, two terrific baths, a kitchen equipped with everything, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, phones and internet - oh my gosh, the list of conveniences just goes on and on. And you couldn't ask for better owners. Bob and Elva treat this place as their home and treat you as family. Need anything? They're just a phone call away. They will personally see to it or have one of their capable staff take care of it. Pronto! My husband, Jerry, and I would recommend 7201 to any of our friends/family, knowing they'd settle into its relaxed charm in a heartbeat! Can't wait to come back next year. In fact, we're already booked!

The condo is even prettier than the pictures on the website -- nicely decorated and very well-maintained with a great view. The beach is beautiful, parking convenient, and downtown area is an easy walk. We would definitely do this again!!
