Great 3 Bed 3 Bath Fully furnished Vacation Home located in the popular community of Sandy Ridge just five minutes from the Publix shopping center and around 20 minutes to Disney area. Very close to the reunion golf resort and 2 miles from the Interstate 4 junction 58. No rear neighbors and has private pool. Free Wireless Internet. Small shaded area with patio furniture, and private pool deck, house is in great condition.

AWESOME HOUSE

My fiance and I stayed in this home in December 2011. It was our first time renting a vacation home and we were nervous but after staying here we will never rent a hotel room again. Not to mention the price for this home is outstanding. Richard was very helpful walking us thru the process and was very quick with responses to all our questions and concerns. Thank you Richard. The pictures on this website show exactly how the property really looks. Also this house is literally 2 exits away from Disney. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Great Place to stay

We stayed here in 2009 and are looking forward to going back . Stayed other places in 2010 and 2011 due to the fact this home was booked for the month of March. Neither home could compare to this one .Hopefully we will be able to go back in 2012. Richard is also an asset. He was a great help and will use him for out next booking. FAULTLESS

We stayed in the villa for 4 weeks during July and August 2010 and found the villa to be extremely clean and comfortable and much better than we could have possibly imagined.
The photos and information on the website hardly did it justice.
Richard (the agent) was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, he couldn't do enough for us. (Thank you, Richard).
It was far enough away from the bustle of Orlando and all the attractions yet close enough to be able to reach all the attractions in next to no time.
The Magic Kingdom was only 15 miles away (about 20 to 25 minutes) up the I4.
It was such good value and close to all the amenities that we would recommend the villa to our family and friends and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we visit again in the future.
We were very sceptical when we booked it on-line, but after staying there all our fears were unfounded.
We write this review in the hope of reassuring others that are thinking of booking this villa. Just do it! We had the time of our lives.

My family and I stayed here and it was wonderful. The place was very clean and neat, the neighborhood quite, located out of the rush but close enough to meet all our needs for supplies and fun! It was exactly as portrayed on their website. We were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this to anyone. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Everything was great, we had a problem with the W-fi connection and our agent went out of his way to get it corrected.Made reservations to stay a Mounth next year [2010 ]

More than we expected

This was an awesome experience. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The private pool, three full baths, washer/dryer, three TV's, fully furnished kitchen was more than we expected. The house was very clean and well maintained. The location was close enough to Dinsey and Universal, but far enough to be away for the crowd. Richard the property manager was excellent to work with.
We would recommend this property to anyone.
