One of the nicest condos that I've stayed in. The photos and property description were exactly as shown. The unit is immaculate, nicely decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The screened patio with a table and seating (not the usual plastic chairs !) got plenty of use after a round of golf. Shirley is very pleasant to deal with and quickly responds to any questions you may have.
I'd recommend the unit for a family vacation, golf trip, or just for friends looking to spend time together on a getaway.

Awesome Vacation!!!

The listing description was EXACTLY as described..it was an awesome vacation.... Shirley was great to work with and the layout was spacious and very clean. Shirley was always a phone call away to answer any questions. It was our first time in the area and it won't be our last!! Having the golf discount card and the State park pass was an added bonus! The Marsh walk was one of our favorite things in the area I would recommend anyone visiting to go at night at check out the different bars/restaurants and walk the pier while listening to the live bands play!! I would not hesitate to rent from Shirley again or recommend this property to a friend or family member...thank you again Shirley for letting your home be our home away from home for a week!

Great place to stay

This unit is a beautifully decorated, well maintained, very clean spacious condo and the location was perfect for our house hunting trip. There is a screened in porch on the back side of the unit and we enjoyed watching folks tee off on the 13th hole of the golf course. This complex is conveniently located with a small shopping center a short distance away (grocery store, a diner, a liquor store, nail salon and more). The unit is located on the third floor, but an elevator makes schlepping your stuff in and out very easy. Shirley Frazier (owner) was a pleasure to work with - she responded very quickly to my initial request for a last minute reservation and then worked with us to extend our stay a couple of days. Because of the time of year (Dec 6-15), we did not have the pleasure of trying out the pool - the pool is open only between April and November. I would definitely recommend this unit without question. Once we relocate, I may even call Shirley again if I have an overflow of guests from "back up North".

For anyone looking for a beautiful, well stocked and clean condo to rent in the Myrtle Beach, SC area.....this is the place for you!
From the time of booking, the owner Shirley was a absolute pleasure to deal with. Her communication goes unmatched to any other owner of a rental that I have ever experienced in the past.

Home away from home!

The condo is an exact representation of the owners: it is warm and pleasant. We had a great experience from booking the condo to the actual stay. We took our family of 6 (4 children and two adults) to beach for summer vacation. It was fantastic. The condo is very clean and comfortable. It is well kept and has all the amenities that you need. Our children loved the pool, and the location is near many attractions. The park passes are a bonus. We loved it so much that our children voted to go again; so we are off again in August 2012!

SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!

We had an AMAZING vacation in this beautiful home! Shirley was wonderful to deal with and the condo is so beautifully furnished and stocked with all the amenities of home and then some. It’s immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. The location is close to many public beaches and the pass to the State Parks was wonderful. Every restaurant you can imagine is within a short driving distance and "touristy" Myrtle Beach is approximately 20 minutes away…close enough to visit but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle! We were so happy to find this place and based on this experience, we DEFINATELY plan to come back! There is nothing more we could ask for from this home and we are tremendously grateful for the opportunity to call this place home for the week of our stay. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation! My only complaint is that we had to leave. :-( Thanks Shirley and I hope it’s available for our next vacation!

A Great Stay!

The condo was Fantastic! It was very clean, spacious, in a great location, beautifully decorated and price attractively. The State Park pass was a plus and dealing with Shirley was truly a pleasure. The prompt responses resulted in great communication which sealed the deal. She is just as responsive during your stay as well. Really nothing more that one could ask for. My family of four was very comfortable. If you're looking to stay at Murrells Inlet then look no further.

An Awesome Place To Stay!!!

We just got back yesterday from being at this condo for six days! It is spotless and exactly as described and pictured! Shirley is quick to respond and very nice! We absolutely loved the pool and the gated community. It is close to dining, shopping and golf! We will definately stay here again!

Shirley was great to work with. Very fast response when emailed.
The condo was beautiful. Exactly as described, it was fully furnished
and spotless. Decorated like a dream home. The gated community is a really nice extra security. The location of the condo is great. Located close to great attractions. We enjoyed going to Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk at sundown. My husband and two sons played golf at TPC Golf Course which is only minutes from the condo. And Shirley provides a State Park pass which we used to go to Huntington Beach which was great. We fell in love with the condo and the area. We will stay here again. Thanks Shirley for the great condo !

Super condo in great location!

Everything about this property is first class and Shirley was very easy to work with. The location is ideal with shopping and dining within a short distance from the property. Three couples called this "home" for 4 nights during bike week and we will consider this location again next year.
