Two families stayed in your beautiful home in June and would LOVE to return next year. I have stayed in rental homes up and down 30A for two decades and have NEVER experienced the level of generosity that we enjoyed in your house. We all had bikes, we didn't have to buy condiments, beach toys, laundry supplies, pack beach towels or even pack shampoo! I will remember it forever.

We all loved the biking, sitting on the beach and around the "Frog" pool, playing tennis, and parfaits in Seaside with our friends. We loved everything aout the house, especially the upstairs porch for reading in the afternoons. The house had everything we could possibly need. No one was ready to go home. We would love to come again next year.

We stayed here the last week of May and had a wonderful time! There is so much to do. We brought four teenagers with us and they never got bored! They biked everywhere, went to the pool, to the beach, played soccer, went for evening snacks at Starbucks. . .and we didn't have to worry about their safety. Watercolor is such an enjoyable community, relaxed and quiet with plenty to do. It's a great place for a beach vacation. We had never rented a beach house from an individual before and were apprehensive to send our money to someone we had never met. The owner was very understanding and went out of his way to make us comfortable and answer any questions that we had. The house was indeed as beautiful and equipped as he had promised. The main reason we chose Liv'n the Good Life was because of the care and preparation the owners have taken in their description of their home and making it comfortable for guests. It truely was like a home away from home for us. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in a beautiful beach house located within an equally beautiful coastal community this is the one!! We'll never go back to renting condos. We will be going back!!

We stayed here in April during our kid's spring break and had an awesome time. This beautiful home is ideally situated near wonderful walking and biking trails. The resort amenities(bikes, canoes, fishing) are great and the elevated pool allows you to see the ocean as you enjoy the pool.

The home itself wonderful. It's is wonderfully decorated and the screened porch on the back was great to just sit and enjoy the views.

The beach setup is just perfect because you can bike right to the beach(we did this with our 6 and 8 year old kids), park the bikes for the day and hit the sugar beaches. The restaurants at WaterColor range from 'take it easy' to more upscale so you can choose whatever you want.

We'd go back to this home specifically!

We have stayed at this awesome house several times and will continue to return. It is in the perfect location, has everything you could ever want and more! This house has been the site of some of our family's
best memories! We'll be back again, Liv'n the Good Life!!
