Top of dead end road in the heart of downtown North Conway. This location is very private, with wonderful views. This property sits within a short walk to Kahuna Laguna Water Park and within walking distance to downtown North Conway.
This property abuts the Tin Mountain trail system. Excellent for hikiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and golf. It is also 1 mile from Mount Cranmore.
TV with DVD in every room, Wireless Internet, Surround Sound system and more.

We highly recommend this rental home.
The owner Ned is a pleasure. He responds quickly to phone/email, and is up-front and honest.
The house is spacious.
The location is semi-private, on a quiet dead-end shared with a few other homes. Beautiful views.
The layout is conducive to a multi-family or large-family vacation: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a TV on ground level; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor where the kitchen and main living room are; another bedroom/bathroom on a 3rd-floor loft.
3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
The bedrooms are nicely furnished and have character. The bedding is clean, with pillows and linens provided.
The bathrooms are done nicely with granite vanities and stone-tiled floors, and are neat and clean.
Plenty of towels are provided.
Bring shower soap, handsoap, and facial tissues. Toilet tissue was provided.
There are 2 sets of washing machines and dryers, 1 on ground level and 1 upstairs. This was useful.
The kitchen is fully modernized, with granite counters and solid appliances that work well. With kitchen plus dining area, there is plenty of seating for meals.
There are several family-type board games in a cabinet, which we found to be a nice touch.
The main living room upstairs is very comfortable, with a couch, loveseat, easy chair, and enormous TV. The TV has all kinds of inputs including HDMI, so we were able to connect a mobile device to watch a family movie.
There was no manual for this large TV and the attached tuner/DVD/ipod player, which would have been helpful because we could not figure out how to connect an ipod to play music over the speaker system.
There is a wireless network, but the router is probably offsite because the signal is weak and does not reliably reach all areas of the house.
The outdoor pool is shared among the several rental homes on the property. We did not use it, but from a distance it seemed clean and well-maintained.
The hot tub is private for this house only, and is on a deck accessible from the upstairs living room. It was ready for use when we arrived, and was clean and sanitary.
The game room was terrific, and is a highlight of the house. There is a pool table, tabletop shuffleboard, and foosball. The room is carpeted and well-lit, and there's also a TV and small bar table with chairs. Our family spent a lot of time here.
Overall, this house is an excellent choice which we would recommend without hesitation.

Love this place

This place was wonderful. We had 14 people and this was a perfect size. The furniture is just like the pictures. I have never even seen such a large tv that was in the living room. Everything was decorated beautifully. Ned Sullivan was wonderful to work with for the arrangements. The only bad thing I could say about this place is that the parking area is small for multi-vehicles.We had six vehicles for our group and the parking was tight. We are planning a family reunion here for later this year because we liked this place so much.
