Every year a group of us gather for Spring Training. We were all blown away by this incredible home!! It was extremely roomy, very nice and well maintained!! The pool is awesome, though we had a lil cold spell, the pool was heated, so relaxing!! Everyone really loved it!! Close to everything, Brighthouse about ten minutes away!! We didn't want to leave!! We cooked just about everyday, the kitchen is great!! I can't say enough!! Don, the neighbor, is wonderful, very helpful!!

This house was just amazing. We had 11 of us (including a 7 month old and 3 year old) and we all have plenty of space in the house. We never felt crowded. The bedrooms were large and all was very clean!! I would stay in this house again in a minute. The kids loved the pool and fishing right in the backyard! There was a highchair and crib for the little one!!!! The floor plan of the house is perfect with two "wings" of bedrooms (so the early risers did not wake up the late sleepers). The owners were a pleasure to deal with and all went smooth as silk!

Best Phillies Spring Training trip ever!! My family and I have been coming to Clearwater for years for Spring Training baseball and the great Florida weather (some of us for 30 years). There are 3 families in our party. This is the first year that everyone was completely happy with the accommodations! Not only is the house clean, beautiful, and well maintained, but there was something to keep everyone busy. From relaxing in the heated pool, to fishing in the canal, reading on the deck, watching the sunset come down over the canal from the covered patio, running/walking/biking. Everything was included to make you feel at home. Perfect location. Close to Brighthouse Field, the Publix, and plenty of good restaurants and shopping in the area. I would absolutely recommend this house. It was the perfect vacation house for us. The rental property manager, Don, lived close by and was also very helpful in answering our questions, whether it was about the house, or recommendations on the local cuisine. Before we left for home, we all agreed that this is definitely a house we would come back and rent again!

My family and I rent a vacation home every year for the week of July 4th. This year we chose to rent this beautiful vacation home located close to everything that you could possibly need. The home was perfectly suited for our large family containing a total of 12 people. The 2 separate family rooms work out great for keeping the adults and children entertained. My step mom "the chef" adored the large kitchen for making her massive meals. The manager and neighbor was amazing, he was very helpful in giving us tips to see the manatees. He also let us borrow the paddle boat and kayak so that we could tour the waters. I would recommend that you rent this home and experience all the great times we had for yourself. Thanks again for renting us your lovely home for the week.

This is such a great house that I'm sure I can't do it justice in describing it. It's very spacious and it just feels like "home" as soon as you walk thru the front door. Manatee's in your backyard, very nice pool, quite neighborhood. Beach is only 15 minutes away, very easy to get to. Our neighbor Don was wonderful, allowing us to use his paddleboat and kayak. Karen, you are very lucky to have such a great person living next door. I cannot say enough about how welcome he made us. Overall I would rate this a perfect 10 and would highly recommend staying here. Karen responded to my questions quickly, and was very helpful in making my first vacation rental a very enjoyable one.

The house was so much larger and more beautiful than in the pictures!! It accomodated our party of 11 perfectly. The house sits on the canal and the neighbor was kind enough to let our children use the peddle boat and canoe to do some manatee hunting, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed! The beach is a little drive away but we were happy just to stay and play in the pool! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to go back again myself =)

We just returned to Michigan from a week's vacation visiting Clearwater and this fabulous home! The house was beautiful and handled 6 adults well - we had plenty of room. The view and sunsets were incredible. The neighbors were so nice to let us use their kayak, paddleboat and fishing poles. We saw so much wildlife - even got to experience the Manatee's one day which was so neat! I can't say enough about what an awesome vacation we had! We didn't want to leave such a fun, yet peaceful and relaxing place! Thank you, thank you for a much needed vacation!

My family and I have rented properties in and around the Tampa, Orlando area for years. And I must say trufully, that this property and the experience I enjoyed in making the rental agreement was the best todate. Karen was very helpful and patient with all of the questions that I had as I tried to make arraingments for our trip this time. For that I am greatful.

The House! The house was all that we expected based on the pictures we had seen. Quite frankly, the pictures does not do the property justice. The house was so well laid out with bed rooms on both side of the living area. It was perfect for us with the older kids being on one side and the adults on the other. The two seperate living areas were perfect, giving the younger kids someplace to play their games. The kids love the well laid out pool and would have stayed in it all day if we had let them. Everything we needed was available and the area was centrally located near all of the stores that we needed to include a shoping mall. Karen, to you I say thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. You helped us to have a wonderful vacation. Look forward to staying there again.
