We stayed here for the weekend for the Savannah half marathon and really enjoyed our stay! The weather was beautiful, so close to the beach! Easy to drive over to the lighthouse and down to the pier!
The place was clean, and looked just as the pictures show. Perfect overall for the three of us and the amount of time we were there! Thank you.

The Key Lime Condo was clean and cute. It was a great place to stay. I had all the amenities I could want and it was centrally located to several good restaurants. The porch and garden out the door were excellent for the rest and relaxation that I went there for. The bathroom was on the small side but the water pressure made for a great shower. The only thing I noticed that might be a problem was that you could hear every step that the people in the upstairs condo took. Being within a two minute walk to the beach more than made up for this slight distraction. Also, I would make a note of the access to the bedroom and the bathroom was a little awkward because of the step up you had to maneuver. I had a great three day stay and would recommend this rental to my friends and family.

Enjoyed the stay! Property was clean; owner provided good customer service; propoerty is recommendable to others. Great seafood restaurants @ Tybee & Savannah. Enjoyed the historic Savannah! Our family was 99% satisfied! ...only 1% disappointment --no direct ocean view, but close enough to enjoy daily! & it would have been GREAT to have a small pool in the grass yard area!!!! Looking forward to another visit!

Apologies that this review is late, but our busy lives took over. This was our first trip to Tybee and we weren't sure what to expect, having done all of our research online. We were looking for a pet friendly rental and some peace and quiet. The Key Lime Condo's location is perfect on the north side of the island. We were here in mid-December, and even then, the south end was too noisy and crowded and touristy for us. The quiet residential north end was more our style.

There's a fabulous restaurant, Sundaes, right across the street from the condo, as well as a convenience store. The condo is also just 2-3 houses down from the entrance to the beach, so you walk for what amounts to 35 seconds at the most and there you are. Dogs aren't allowed on the beach, but Tybee's two dog parks are an easy drive from the condo. Jaycee Park is also a short walk down the street, and our dogs (and we) loved walking through this pretty park each day.

In terms of amenities, the condo had virtually everything we needed. If something wasn't there (for example, for us the iron was missing), we called the housekeeper and she brought one right away. One thing we wish the condo had was a small vacuum. But that didn't dampen our experience. Other positives: It was so nice to be able to do laundry onsite. We enjoyed sitting and reading on the balcony. We loved the roses blooming outside the bedroom window and the citrus fruit growing near the door. Two thumbs up for the water pressure in the shower! And the kitchen was great for small meals, though it could have used some appliance and kitchenware updating. We imagine it's the perfect summertime condo for making sandwiches to take with you to the beach.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tybee Island at Key Lime Condo.

We are grateful to be back- you have some new upgrades here- Love the new TV- all is still wonderful and we are "ditto-ing" our review from last year. We sure love it here. So peaceful.

My three friends and I could not have had a better first experience on Tybee Island. The condo was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck and in the back courtyard area. The information presented online is exactly what we experienced. However, the condo says online that it sleeps 7 people. I think that is possible especially if some of those people are children, but I think 5 adults would be the most that could fit comfortably. The owner has really thought of everything to make people feel at home in the condo, including the deal he has worked out for bike rental (which was super fun). I have never had such an easy check in/out at any place before. This place is so cute and a great price. On top of that, every person we met on this island was helpful and nice. I loved that we were right across from a convince store and so close to the water. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and this island to anyone interested.

Myself and three of my girlfriends stayed in this condo during our ladies weekend retreat to Tybee Island. Everything was just perfect! Ted was super nice and helpful, the condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you might need. Its just a short stroll to the beach, and Ted also provides a wagon and beach chairs/toys/etc. There is a delicious Mexican restaurant right down the street. Everyone in Tybee was so helpful and courteous during our stay. Will definitely return!

My husband and I have rented here a few times and have always enjoyed our stay. The owner is very helpful and you have every thing you need. The grocery store is not far away and there is conviencene store across the street as well as an ATM. I love the fact that it is pet friendly and there is no evidence that pets have been there. There are fablous places to eat near by, you must not miss Stingrays or the Crab Shack, both are not far away.
