Wonderful, Relaxing Vacation

Susanne was a great host. Perfect location at a golf course, close to the beach and near all shopping malls. House was completly equiped. If we come back to Florida, we will allways ask for this house agian.

This property has everything one could want for gracious holiday living. Susanne and Jean were so helpful. There was plenty of room for the five of us to enjoy the pool area swimming, sunning, reading or simply gazing at the view. The interior was spacious and well maintained. We loved this house and can't wait to return.

This house is an excellent deal. It's located in a quiet and guarded community less than 2 miles from Bonita Beach and close to grocery shopping. The pool is HUGE as is the TV so if you have kids (I have 4), this is IT - except its really hard to get the kids to go anywhere else!
Susanne, the owner is both very professional and personal. She'll probably meet you and make you feel extra welcome.
I seriously don't think you can get a better deal in Bonita Springs.

Just got back from a wonderful vacation in Florida! We absolutely loved this vacation home! We originally chose it because of the Bonita Springs location but really lucked out with Susanne. Susanne is such a wonderful person to work with. She responded quickly to emails and provided us with all the information we needed. Susanne believes in customer service and made sure we had everything to make our vacation relaxing.

The house is supplied with all the "extras" (i.e., laundry detergent, paper towels, etc.) so all we had to do was shop for groceries and we were set. The BBQ grill on the lanai allowed us to cook and eat outside to enjoy the weather.

The house is beautiful, clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is ideally set up for two couples as two of the bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the house to allow for privacy. Our other requirement for a vacation home was that the house had to have a pool and a day didn't go by that we weren't in the pool The view of the golf course allowed for some people watching during the day but privacy at night. The wireless internet and free long distance were nice perks too!

We used the beach supplies in the garage and fell in love with the "beach cart" to carry all of our stuff. Two of us rode the bikes around the neighborhood.

The house is located close to stores (you've gotta go to Best of Everything!), the beach, and restaurants.

We will definitely stay at this house again. See you next year, Susanne!

In one word it was a PALACE were we stayed last May 2009 It couldn"t be better. Everything was in an excellent state of maintanenance. The house is very spacey. The beds are more then ok. Not forgetting the swimming pool which is really huge, ans is situated in a great garden area overlooking hole 1 of the Spanish Wells golf court.
Supermarkets and restaurants are nearbye, and so are the white beaches. Great vacation and and owner Susanne Beauvoir is a warm host.

The house was as described and then some. We have four teenage children and had plenty of room and available amenities that satisfied everyone. The home is well maintained and located in a fantastic gated community. Lastly, Susanne was fantastic.

We will be back.
