78 Saltmarsh Road is a luxurious four-season home on 1.5 acres between Cape Cod Bay and a beautiful salt marsh with a private boat dock. The 3,400 square foot oceanfront home is complete with gourmet kitchen, commercial gas stove, double wall ovens, large farm sink, a ten by five foot granite counter, prep sink and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The open floor plan has a huge family room with gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, wet bar, ice maker and refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats 15. French doors and large windows offer breathtaking views. Three private master suites with full baths have king size beds. A bedroom with two bunk beds and trundles sleeps six. A study on the first floor has two queen size sleeper couches and sleeps four. The home is equipped with Wi/fi internet and Bose sound system. The 90-foot deck on the beach has an outdoor audio system, tables, hammock, Adirondack chairs and a private outdoor shower. Three front porches afford awesome sunset views.

Beautiful beach rental

Beautiful location, gorgeous house, excellent amenities, and comfortable accomidations. The house did need to be cleaned better however. There are beautiful views of the beach and salt marsh out the many windows throughout the house.
Unfortunately there are NO WINDOW COVERINGS anywhere in the house. So this is not the house for you if you are modest and bring eye shades or prepare to wake up early! We dressed in the bathroom where minimal privacy could be found.
Communication with the owner was a little hit and miss, but not too bad.
I'd definitely rent again but would be very happy to find shades and curtains on the windows next time.

The house now has window coverings...and all the kid can sleep till 9am at least.
We have have upgraded the cleaning service and it looks great!!

Gorgeous house - spacious, immaculate and exactly as described. Linens, bedding and towels were all clean and fresh. Has all the comforts of home, a gorgeous kitchen filled with every pot, pan and utensil you could ever need. Stunning views of both the Bay and the Marsh - would definitely recommend this house. Only complaint would be that the caretaker/housecleaner rang the bell on check-out day at 6:30am, 8:30am & 9:30 before we finally relented and let them in to get started on cleaning for the next guest!

Great House!

Just spent two weeks in this beautiful home. The house offers all the amentities one would need. The beautiful deck outback overlooking the ocean was magical, and the 3 front porches overlooking the marsh out front was hard to beat. A few things one should know before you go, is the beach is really rocky and you MUST have water shoes or Teva's to get around. While the adults in our party found this house and area perfect, the teenage boys with the group found the beach to secluded, with not enough action.

Overall, the house was great - beautiful kitchen/family room and amazing deck right on the beach. We had twelve people and everyone was very comfortable. Bathrooms are small and lack counter space but that is really the only draw back. A terrific home for a large group and a great vacation!

Everything you dream for in a beach house

We just spent 5 days in those gorgeous beachfront house and it could not have been more fantastic. The house owner looked at every single detail to make your stay the best it could be. The owner was amazing throughout the entire rental experience. a Big Big Thank you.
I would strongly recommend this house for any group who wants to enjoy a nice beachfront experience in a classy yet relaxed environment, kids friendly in an incredible location.
Only thing which could have been nice woukld have been window treatment as not shade means wakign up at 5:00 am in the morning as the sun rise.
