Great Ocean Views From Here!

Having just returned from our month in New Smyrna, I've had a chance to reflect upon our experience.
Overall it was a good experience, good food, lots of sightseeing, warm weather, beach walks and a couple of dips in the pool, as it was chilly for that this year. The condo was mainly clean with a few problems such as worn dirty carpeting, upholstery that needed professional cleaning, a duvet covet cover that needed cleaning and a stained matress cover that badly needed replacing. The shower in the bathroom worked only on one quarter capacity, the water mostly going down the drain. The kitchen was well stocked but there was no place to store groceries.
For the quality of the condo and what our neighbours were paying, I felt that we paid too much.
The decor was light, bright and modern and the view from the balcony was exceptional.
It was wonderful being so close to the beach and that is what we wanted.
Overall, it was a pleasant, relaxing holiday.

We were able to stay in this condo for a long weekend and had such a great time! The condo was well stocked, comfortable, and the balcony view was beautiful. Genna is very helpful and will make sure you have a great stay!

PERFECT!

Adored this condo. Homey, welcoming, CLEAN! Genna & Ric do everything right. Location was PERFECT for our first visit back to NSB in 12 years. I can't say how much we loved returning after a long absence. Sadly, we stayed during The Rains of Tropical Storm Debby and didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or beach. Working on a 'do over' visit within the next month!

Fantastic Condo!

We've stayed here twice and had a fantastic vacation both times! The condo is clean, spacious and inviting with an outstanding ocean view that overlooks the pool. We loved walking out to the beach every day! (A strip mall with a grocery store and nice Italian restaurant right across the street was a great plus).

A VACATION WITH WONDERFUL MEMORIES

New Symyrna is one of the oldest beaches and most quaint towns of Florida, It has unusual places to sight see, an assortment of eateries, unique shops, theaters and other entertainment. A grocery store within walking distance across the street and a wonderful Italian restaurant as well. We enjoyed the balcony sunrises, events on the beach, sights on the ocean and just relaxing in the breeze. A quiet and very clean condo with everything needed to feel right at home. Thank you for a great place to rejuvenate and find ourselves. We will return.............

This was the perfect vacation spot for us. We needed to get away, and Seacost was wonderful. It was close to everything and anything we needed. The condo was very clean and it is fully stocked. The sunrise and sunset and the weather for the 2 weeks we were there must have been made by Disney!

We spent several weeks this past fall and the condo is clean and in a perfect location. It had all new kitchen appliances and was painted was beautful. I loved the yellow walls and the blue ceiling. It made it feel very 'beachy'. We had plenty of towels and the view was very special. We will be returning soon!

Heavenly place to vacation!!!!

The pictures just don't do justice to this paradise overlooking the sea! We loved waking and watching the sunrise..as the location and view from the balcony is spectacular... we were able to walk across the street for dinner, grill out by the pool and call in for pizza! Condo is close to everything we needed. We were even blessed to watch a shuttle launch while there... The beach, the pool and the residents in other units made for such a pleasant stay. I can't wait to stay here again!!!
