We spent two weeks at this apartment and it was fantastic ! ! !

The apartment is penthouse unit (atico) and looks even better than the pictures which are great. The apartment is really nicely decorated and is all on one floor which is really nice and the beautiful terrace is off the living room / dining room which is really convenient. The building is very modern and is about 10 years old.

We had many great dinners out on the terrace watching the sun set and drinking wine. The apartment has great light and is very sunny. It is a penthouse apartment and shares the top floor with only one other apartment which is owned by a professor from Madrid who only uses the apartment occasionally so it is very private. The apartment is very quiet, has great beds that are so comfortable. Each room has its own separate air-conditioning unit so everybody can adjust to their needs. Because the apartment has great cross ventilation you get a really nice soft warm breeze throughout the apartment and we didn't need to use the air-conditioning. If you go up one flight to the communal roof terrace you have a 360 degree view of Sitges.

The apartment is walking distance to everything, food markets, banks, cash machines and the beach is a 2 minute walk.

Included in the rental fee, the apartment is cleaned and the linens and towels are changed about every 3 days by the English speaking on-site property management company. They are also there to help you with anything you need.

The apartment has all the amenities; a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer and a dryer (it is rare to find a dryer in a Spanish apartments). There is a large new flat panel high definition TV with satellite cable service and the there is high speed wireless internet (20meg).

The owners who are American were really great and we already booked for next year before we left. This apartment is a rare find in Sitges.

My family of four spent an extended stay of 6 months in the Barry apartment. It is a great apartment: nicely furnished and comfortable, and extremely well-located being less than 5 minutes walk to the train or beach, and surrounded by many shops and restaurants (but not noisy bars), in an active area of Sitges. The attic position in the building gives an extra large terrace, which was comfortable and spacious for outside dining year round, with complete privacy from neighboring apartments. There is also comfortable dining space indoors, and a well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances (including a washer and gas dryer, which often isn’t found in rental apartments). The terrace is set back from the street, bedrooms are on the rear of the apartment, and the apartment has high-quality windows. This means that the setting is quiet (even relatively so during carnival) while being close the action of Sitges – a rare combination that we didn’t fully appreciate until living there. The lift is great when carrying groceries or luggage. The management company was incredibly responsive and prompt to address any maintenance issues that arose, and honored all written terms and unwritten expectations for our stay.

The pedestrian street in front of the apartment was great for the kids scootering around town safely. There is the wonderful beachfront promenade with a park for kids just a few minutes walk away, and the Can Robert “rope park,” was a favorite of the kids, just a few minutes away behind the Monbus stop. Shops for fresh produce, meats, seafood, and jamon are all just 1-2 minutes walk away, making the kitchen especially desirable vs. staying in a standard hotel. Overall, Barry apartment is a great place for short or extended stays in Sitges.

We have stay in many apartments in Spain before and this was one of the nicest and a great price. It is located in the center 2 blocks from the beach but it is a penthouse and is very quiet. The apartment is modern, with an elevator, is very beautiful, looks even better than the pictures and is really nicely decorated. We really liked it because it is all on one floor and has a great terrace that is excellent for eating dinner on and watching the sunset.

The owners, who are American, were so nice and accommodating and have included every possible amenity: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, high speed wireless internet, HD high definition TV with Satellite English language programing, air-conditioning in each room that be individually controlled, music system with iPod input. The apartment is walking distance to everything.

The owners also have an on-site English speaking property management company who met us at the train station in Sitges and walked us to the apartment to get us totally settle in.

We so enjoyed our stay that we booked 2 weeks for next year before we left !

We stayed one month in this romantic apartment in Sitges.

A great price given what is charged for other apartments that aren't anywhere as nice as this one. The apartment was beautifully decorated and true to its description, as well as very clean and sunny with a beautiful terrace which you can eat meals on or sun tan. The apartment has great beds that are really comfortable. It has all the amenities you could ask for, flat panel high def TV with satellite programing in English, Spanish and French, high speed wireless internet.

The apartment has extensive recessed lighting that creates a beautiful setting in the evening for dinner. The apartment is cleaned about every 3-4 days with new bed linens and towels and there is an onsite English speaking property management company that will help you with anything that you need.

The apartment is about a 20 minutes train ride into Barcelona, but it is well worth staying out of the city, in this beautiful apartment, with all its amenities and the town of Sitges to explore. Sitges has lots of restaurants,shops and beaches. The apartment is located next to everything: beach, restaurants etc yet is very peaceful and quiet because it is a top floor penthouse.

One of the best apartments for the price and amenities we have ever stayed in in Spain. We booked the apartment again for 2011 before leaving!

Just back home after 10 marvelous days in your Sitges apartment, we had one of the most relaxing Holidays we have ever had in Sitges, we are very light sleepers and don't tend to sleep well home or away, however we slept between 9-11 hours a day in your apartment which is a 1st for us, we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves, many thanks ! ! !

This is a really great apartment and we highly recommend it!!!

It is a penthouse (Atico) located on the top floor of a modern building and is really beautifully decorated. It has a great terrace that you can sunbath on and has a table so that you can eat dinner on the terrace at night or have wine and watch the sunset.

We were here during final game when Spain won the World Cup and we watched the game on a large flat panel high definition TV that is in the apartment. It also has high speed wireless internet.

The apartment is centrally located and is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants yet it is very quiet.

The owners have an onsite English speaking property management company that took great care of us and even gave us suggestions for the best restaurants.

We will be coming back to Spain next year and we booked this same apartment again for next year before we left.

What a really great apartment !

We loved this apartment !

There is a children's park 3 blocks from the apartment which is right on the palm tree line Promenade along the beach where we took our children every day and they loved it. The apartment is beautiful and all on one level on the top floor and has a great terrace which we loved to eat on. Everything is in walking distance. The owner's were so nice and arranged for a high chair for us to use for one of our children.

We loved it so much that we booked it again for 2010 before we left.

We have rented many apartments in Sitges and this is one of the best for the price ! Really great apartment in a modern building that had lots of great amenities and a really nice kitchen. It has lots of light and a great terrace for eating and sunbathing and it is close to everything. The owners are really nice and were so accommodating and we liked it so much we extended our stay for an extra week.
