Welcome to 'The Nest', a charming top floor studio apartment, oozing with comfy quaintness. This unit is located in an 1860 Beacon Hill building at the very top of the Hill and the center of downtown Boston. The original pine flooring, original working fireplace and antique 1800s furniture add to the appeal. The apartment is extremely quiet located at the back of the building with tree tops and sunlight filtering in from the south-facing windows.

Basics: The kitchen is brand new and done to a very high standard (not yet shown in photos). Normal-sized refrigerator, gas stove, Bosch dishwasher and deep sink. The bed is a Beauty-Rest plush-firm queen with down pillows and sateen sheets. The bathroom has marble tiled floor, high-end fixtures and a high-pressure shower and tub. Washer/dryer at the bottom of the stairs along with a place to keep a bike.

Expectations: Please note that Beacon Hill is on a hill in an urban historical zone, so there is a fair amount of walking with this apartment building located at the top of the hill. The Nest apartment is a 4th floor walk-up (3 flights of stairs) without an elevator.
