My stay in this condo was stellar, clean, well equipped for cooking and beach items. The photos perfectly reflect its appearance. I especially enjoyed space for visiting family also staying in the resort. My adult son commented on how cozy 'Mom's place is' and the ground floor lanai made watching the beautiful sunsets great. The owner is prompt to my inquiries and very accommodating when the airlines altered my flights. Will definitely book this 'home away from home' again. Mahalo.

This was our 2nd time traveling to Maui in 3 years. My girlfriend, sister, friend and I enjoyed this place very much. It was wonderful and when we come to Maui again we will for sure be staying here again. Everything you would ever need is there for you to use. EVERYTHING! The only thing we needed were grocerys and off course our choice of beverage to louge on the beach which was steps away from this condo. Also the 2 pools they have are excellent. Very beautiful place to stay. Minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Steps from the beach. Just excellect. They also sent us a Christmas card this year! Thanks for letting us enjoy your AWESOME condo!

The stuido provides everything we needed to settle in comfortably for our two week stay. Sue, the owner, was helpful and responsive to our initial inquiries. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed snorkeling nearby, and the trolly made it easy to get to Black Rock for snorkeling. The resort grounds are beautiful, and the Castaway Cafe provided good food and a great view. We plan to return.

This was our third visit to Maui and our third stay at one of your condos. It was the best time yet, and we enjoyed a comfortable, quiet stay at the Villas. We feel at home, the staff at the Villas is so helpful and friendly, and we love how close we are to Kaanapali beach. The whales entertained us every time we were at the beach, and we loved Castaway Cafe for two tasty dinners. Finally Dukes is just a stroll down the beach walk, and we appreciate the trolley for an easy and convenient way to get to Whalers shopping and great restaurants. The beach walk there is favorite of ours to watch the sunset. Weather was great this trip, about 83 every day. We highly recommend this condo for location, size, and style. It is stocked with everything a couple or family could need. The ocean view is incredible for breakfast on the lanai or evening to enjoy the warm sunset. Outstanding! We'll be back! We are a family of four and stayed at this condo. The studio was fantastic and served our needs completely. The large lanai opening onto grass was great as we were at the MKV with family and friends and there was plenty of room for dropping by enjoying morning coffee and board games at night. Due to a undeveloped piece of property accross the street, we had a full ocean/sunset view. We were actually able to watch whales from the lanai. It was steps from the back pool, and a 3 minute walk to the beach, beach pool and restaurant. The Kaanapali Beach walk goes right past the unit and provided an incredible walk every morning winding through all of the resorts on Kaanapali Beach. The beach in front of MKV is THE finest beach we saw in all of Maui--no rocks, coral and all sand. We saw several turtles cruising right in front of the resort. Snorkelling is awesome a 2 minute walk from the unit at Airport Beach. Parking is always available close to the unit. The bbq's were large commercial quality and were cleaned spotless every day. The new lobby is beautiful, the convenience store has reasonable prices and the staff were always accomodating. We highly recommend the MKV and this condo.

If you're coming to Maui and looking for a place in the North West Resort side of the island, you cannot go wrong with Troy & Susan's place. They've done a fantastic job at putting it together to make you feel like you're in your quaint little Hawaiian home.

You'll be equally happy with the grounds, the beach the cafe, the closeness of beach access, okay. . . you'll be thrilled with everything. Plus it's super close to Lahaina for shopping and eating.

Also. . . . Troy & Susan were very good about communication. Replied very quickly to every email/question.

You won't go wrong staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. The unit is beautiful, and the villas are nicely located right off of the beach. The location ten minutes north of Lahaina is one of the lushest, most-beautiful parts of the island, and provides convenient access to many other parts of Maui. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We rented this property in August 2010. It was a great condo for so many reasons. It was clean and very comfortable. The coconut pool is just steps away which was nice for our three year old, one year old and us! Everything we needed was already in the condo.... dishes, towels, chairs and a couple boogie boards! We spent to mornings by the pool and the afternoons at the beach. The tile floor throughout the condo was very nice and made for easy clean up of sand. We would rent this condo again, hopefully soon!
