We rented this condo for 9 nights while skiing and Park City and other mountains in the Salt Lake City area in March 2013. This condo is about a five minute walk from the base of Park City. It is in an attractive, small building. The condo itself is very spacious for a couple and could easily sleep a family of four. The condo is very attractive, extremely clean, and perfectly maintained. The owner made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The next time we ski at Park City, we will try to book this condo.

This my second time staying at Empire House and once again it was a great experience. The unit was clean and neat with easy access to PCMR (right across the street) and a very short bus ride or taxi to Main St. Management was very friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend and would stay here again.

We loved staying within walking distance of the resort! This condo was nicely furnished and the king-sized, master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen supplies all you will need, although many great restaurants are located right up the street. We enjoyed relaxing in the steam shower included in the beautiful bathroom.The condo has all the comforts of home and it's obvious that the owners truly want you to enjoy your stay!

cozy, warm, fully-stocked and the BEST location!

10 days/nights of bliss. here's why:
1. it is absolutely beautiful and clean!
2. warm (heated floors, switch-ignited gas fireplace)
3. fun (huge dormer window table perfect for games)
4. comfortable (king size bed with incredible mattress - we looked up the brand so we could get one)
5. stocked (we forgot tons of stuff - rene had it - even sunscreen and chapstick!)
6. location is perfect (walk to lift in 5 minutes or less, walk to main st. in 10)
7. owner is wonderful (first nite had trouble with hot water, called rene, fixed in minutes)
8. washer/dryer in unit
9. location (we didn't rent a car - didn't have to and skied at canyons and deer valley)
10. location. hahaha!
every christmas we go ski and stay in a condo. this blew all the others away. thank you rene!

Best One Bedroom I found in Park City

We recently booked a trip at Rene's place in Park City, and could not have asked for more. Rene is extremely organized, and goes above and beyond to help you prior to, and during your stay. The condo is exactly as advertised in her ad, and very clean. The location is walking distance to the lifts, and a very short distance to downtown. We rented a car, but the public bus system can get you downtown in a couple of minutes. I highly recommend staying at Rene's condo if you're visiting Park City.

Our family stayed at Rene's condo over New Year's. Very convenient location with just a short walk to Park City Mountain or to catch the local bus. Rene has great amenities throughout the condo- made for a very nice and comfortable stay. We would definitely come back!

My wife and I stayed at Rene's condo this past weekend to celebrate her birthday and had a fantastic time. The condo was excellent: Nicely decorated, clean, well stocked, super comfortable bed, and the HD TV was much appreciated Saturday night for the BYU vs Utah college football game. If only BYU had won it would have been a perfect weekend!
Rene was fantastic to work with, providing detailed instructions for booking, check-in, and our time at the condo.
The condo is super close to Park City Mountain Resort, and on Saturday we walked over and rode the Payday lift to the top and then hiked back to the condo via the Johns and Sweeney Switchbacks trails. That night we ate dinner at Chimayo which was very good.
We're already planning our return trip in 2013!

My husband and I and our small bichon dog stayed 4 nights at Rene's wonderful condo in Park City. The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate. It does have quite a few steps to get into/out of the condo, but if you can handle steps (we can), then this is a great place to stay. Rene was also very good to work with. The condo is so close to Park City Ski Resort and also to Park City Park(which our dog loved going down to for a morning and evening romp), as well as to historic Park City, We loved our time there and would love to return for even a longer visit. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay At Rene's Empire House. It was conveniently located within 2 blocks of the local free bus transit system. With the Fall season quickly approaching along with its colors, it was a wonderful time to visit Park City.
Our unit was spotless and well-stocked with everyday necessities - detergent (dishes & laundry), spices and plenty of pots, pans, dishesand cutlery. The wifi worked great as well as the 2 tv's in the living room and bedroom.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Rene was easily accessibleby phone or email. When we had questions, they were answered in a timely manner. We wouldhighly recommend a stay at Rene's Empire House in Park City, Utah.

Thank you Rene for making your condo our home away from home! My husband and I felt truly relaxed and comfortable during our Park City stay. We were there for a trade show in downtown Salt Lake and were so happy we decided to stay in Park City. The drive into town is easy and very pleasant, and during the summer PC is so much cooler and relaxing than SLC. Your condo had absolutely everything we needed; the bed is ridiculously comfortable, the upgrades to the bathroom are fabulous, and we were very pleased with all the kitchen items you keep on hand. Those things really go a long way when you want to stay in and cook while traveling. We will recommend this condo to friends and family and will make this our regular lodging during our frequent trips to the Park City/SLC area. Thanks again! ~ Brandi
