Both units feature a King bed in the master with full size sleeper sofa in family room, King in the guest (a lock out design) with its own Kitchenette and a twin sleeper sofa in the family room! We have two of these units for those with larger parties traveling together.

Luau sits back about 300 yards from the beach with a dedicated walkway directly to the beach. The saltwater pool at Luau is huge, gorgeous and a delight. There is a continuous waterfall design, large sun deck and separate hot tub. A well equipped community gas grilling area with tables and chairs as well a fitness center are available for guests.
