What a great vacation we had at Coquina Cottage! From the very first contact with Dolly, she was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible, attentive and accommodating. She even handled our lockout at dinner time without missing a beat. The cottage itself is wonderful. Clean, spacious, well appointed and fantastically laid out, it was everything our family of 5 needed. Our 50 pound fur baby joined us for the trip, and she was comfortable as well. Dolly offered use of all of her cottages' amenities, from the expected to the pleasant surprises. Bikes, beach chairs and towels and a well appointed book shelf were at our disposal. The cottage is located in a wonderful kid friendly location, on a great bike riding cul-de-sac that adjoins a very nice park. The walk into town was an easy one, just long enough to allow you to enjoy that after dinner ice cream treat without feeling guilty! :-) We are excited to join Dolly again next year, hopefully sooner!

Sweet cottage nicely appointed

First off work with Dolly is a delight. She is the most attentive and responsive owner I have ever rented from. As for the cottage, it is very nice, clean, and tastefully decorated. All the beds are super comfortable. My family and I spent thanksgiving here we loved it so much.
Location wise the cottage is right next to demery park which is nice to have access to, as well the pier/village is a medium walk or a short bike ride away.
I highly recommend staying here.

We LOVED Coquina Cottage!

We loved our stay at Coquina Cottage. It was very clean. It was such a pleasure to work with Dolly. We needed 2 sets of keys since we had 3 generations of our family staying with us. No problem, Dolly helped us out. This cottage is not located on the beach, but it was perfect for us. The beach was close by, the village and pier were close as well. We didn't get a chance to use the bicycles, but given more time we would have. It was so quiet on this cul de sac. We would definitely stay with Dolly again. She is so helpful, and will recommend many places for you. One of the places that is always a must for our family is Sweet Mama's. The best desserts I've ever tasted, and not too far from Coquina Cottage. Thank you Mrs. Dolly for being so helpful with our stay! We appreciate your kindness!

Exceeds our expectations

This is our fourth year at St. Simon's and each year seem to enjoy it even better. Our "home" at Coquina Cottage was just that. We felt so much at home, we didn't want to leave. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs which reflects to the southern hospitality culture. Coquina Cottage was very comfortable, well maintained, and has a fine offering of reading material, and entertainment video. We will be returning in 2013.

Loved our vacation at Coquina Cottage!

We enjoyed staying at Coquina Cottage in St. Simon's Island, GA. The owner, Dolly, was so easy going and was always available if we needed to communicate with her. The house was just as she described, and it was very clean and very comfortable. There were plenty of tvs and the house was more spacious than we had previously thought. It's in close proximity to the beach and the area with all the restaurants and the pier. We would recommend this home to anyone who is thinking of renting it for vacation. We don't often provide feedback on homes we rent but really, Dolly is an excellent owner and she will do her best to make you feel at home and answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. Thank you, Dolly!!

Just Lovely!

My family & I truly enjoyed our holiday on SSI. Coquina Cottage was like a little home away from home and you can't beat the location! It was perfect for us and had just about everything we needed for our week's stay. Dolly is a very attentive and always available for your questions and needs. If we come back to SSI we will definitely stay here again.

We have rented this house 4 times now and love it each time. It is so convenient to everything, the beach, village and restaurants. It is very comfortable and relaxing and is furnished with everything you could possibly need! When we stay here we never want to leave. Dealing with Dolly is so easy and she is very accomodating. On all our future trips we will continue to stay here unless of course we find our own special place! Also, our dog Maggie thoroughly enjoys each stay!

This was a excellent house for my large family. We were there for a family wedding/vacation. this house was big enough for the extended family to come to dinner and still be comfortable. It is in a great location that is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the pier area.
