This fully gated property has a unique jungle feel with plants and trees surrounding the entrance to the home and around the beautiful pool and fantastic hot tub! Daily Monkey visits seem like you are in your very own monkey sanctuary......

Consisting of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this very popular Luxury home can sleep 6-8 guests and is walking distance to the famous Manuel Antonio National Park, Restaurants and shopping. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large spacious bathroom and a covered balcony that overlooks the pool and Pacific Ocean. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds with one of them having a separate entrance and full kitchen area.

ON the Beach in Manuel Antonio: Where the jungle meets the Sea! This incredible home, which was built a few short years ago and is one of the only homes located directly on the beautiful white sand beach of Playa Espadilla - Manuel Antonio's most famous beach - which is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Costa Rica. The spacious kitchen and bathrooms are decorated with beautiful imported tiles while the fully air-conditioned bedrooms are professionally decorated. Great location, beautiful house.

This was a very memorable family holiday/reunion for retirement age siblings. The house is luxurious and on arrival immediately gave the impression that we were to enjoy an exceptional vacation. Maid service was outstanding and the one catered party we asked for was done very well. The property which opens onto the beautiful sandy beach is the perfect setting for the house and gave a change from lounging around the private pool. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance made car rental almost unnecessary; 24 hour security was also a comfort.
Although the price is more than I would normally pay for a vacation it was well worth the money.

Great access to beach!

This is a beautiful home that is well maintained and secure. There was lots of flora and fauna around the home.We enjoyed the regular visits of monkeys and hummingbirds. We had easy access to the grocery, restaurants and nightlife. We highly recommend the food at El Ranchito at Villas Nicolas. We will definitely be recommending this home to others.

Last February, 6 of us rented this house for a week. We ALL fell in love with it. It really is one of the two houses with beach access (the other being right next door). It looks just as nice as the photos.

*The only thing... the "hot" tub is really nothing of the kind. It's heat is dependent on the sun beating down on it during the day. At night it was quite cool.

This and a couple of other things are VERY minor compared to the beauty and location of this house! Can't wait to go back!

Magical Family Vacation

Family of 6 with four children ages 3, 6, 8 and 10. They loved this vacation, even better than Maui. The house is well maintained and the housekeeper and gardener are very friendly. The pool was a big hit -- the kids could swim and we could clearly see them without being at the pool. The beach is a 1 to 2 minute walk from the house -- you can see it through the trees. The monkeys and iguanas and all the trees make for an unforgetable experience. House is conveniently located and well worth the price.

We consist of a family of 5! 3 little bambinos. This house was so very accommodating!! The staff -phenomenal! We had the time of our lives! We've been to Fiji, Thailand, and the Mediterranean. Hands down-this is the place to stay! Thank you so very much!!
