A property with hidden issues !!!

This is a nice house, please don’t be mistaken by the negatives I am about to report, but there are some things about the house that are not mentioned and I think should be carefully considered before renting this property.
First of all, this is NOT in a quiet setting, private yes, but it backs onto the US27 and although there are very tall trees behind, they are very tall and don’t block out much noise. You can see the traffic on the road day and night from the pool area and even if you aren’t that tall you can most definitely hear it from both inside and outside the property.
There are two king bed rooms, with en-suite bathroom, what you’re not made aware of is that they are one in the same, ie, the two largest bedrooms in the house with king beds actually connect to the same bathroom!
A couple of the twin rooms are also so small that in order to get two single beds in each they are pushed up against the wardrobe doors. This fact together with the above shared bathroom issue would in our opinion not lend itself to multiple families renting this property.
Why do we report such negatives you are now asking, well to be honest, other than the features above there is little wrong with the property. Although we did have to run the cutlery, plates and glasses through the dishwasher on arrival. However, the owner and the Management company leave a lot to be desired.
Having arrived in Florida after almost 20 hours travelling we were confronted with a green pool. As green as the grass. Not what you want, when all you want to do is jump in the pool on arrival and you can’t. Originally when we reported it we were met firstly with disbelief and then with excuses about how quickly pools can turn. Not that quickly I can assure you. When the pool company came the following day, more excuses from blaming the prior occupants wee-ing in the pool, to too much sun-cream etc.. Eventually 4 days later when the pool had been treated with more than 8 gallons of chlorine, and heaps of other chemicals then finally drained and re-filled, we were advised that this was possibly a vendetta by the prior management company. Once the pool was rectified and the filthy BBQ cleaned, we did NOT hear from the management co. or owner again! Not a thing, not even a friendly “how are you getting on now?”
Even our security deposit was returned late, not within the 14 days as per our contract with a lame excuse. Considering the property was let just after we left this should not have happened.
Owner's Response: As you have now read this rather scathing review, I, the owner would like to set the record straight. Perhaps some of you have been in customer service, and dealt with customers that no matter what you do, they will never be satisfied, as their outlook on life is nothing but critical. In fact, in an effort to accomodate this guest, at the time of booking, I actually purchased two more pool lounge chairs to alleviate her concern that there were only two available at the time. It is true, that the pool was green when the guest arrived. It took 4 days and a complete draining of the pool to fix the problem. My mgmt company and pool people where there every day to attend to issue, in the midst of terrible rainstorms, which of course precluded them from using pool anyway. I have a wonderful woman who watches over my property as if it was her own. She is very kind, and has bent over backward for me and my guests on more than one occasion. That is why, after owning and renting for 3 years, our home looks as good as it did when we first completed our total remodel. As for the noise mentioned, anyone can see that our back yard faces route 27. We are about 100 - 150 yards off of it, with rows of pine trees. It is nothing I hide, as I want repeat customers, which I continue to get. This guest, of course, I would never rent to again. In an effort to minimize noise, we installed an 8 foot high solid fence, which has reduced noise considerably. Inside the house, I rarely have heard anything. As for security deposit return, this was done 19 days after stay, and yes it was because I was out of town on a family emergency, which I explained to the guest, who apparently did not believe me.
Our large king size bedrooms do share a large bathroom. Again I have never made an effort to hide this. Typically guests are staying with family and or friends, and find this to be no problem for them, as the water closet has it's own door, and both adjoining doors from bedrooms lock from inside, allowing for total privacy. Until now, I have not added e-mailed reviews I've received from past guests, but I can see now that this is necessary. I do hope that you would consider our property for your vaction needs. I thoroughly enjoy talking with prospective guests, and helping with their vacation planning. I have added the review I received from the guests just prior to this one, which I think says it all.
