Looking back at our vacation photos,remembering how much fun everyone had. Great family home. This house has everything you need. Great pool, BBQ, huge backyard. Really no reason to leave the property,but everything is so close. Shopping and so many great restaurants and golf. We were so lucky to meet the owner and what a great person!! The property manager Bill is so helpful. We all can't wait to come back!!

Rented the property for the month of April 2013. Family and friends all enjoyed the property. The house was as advertised, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Property manager and owner were both available and responsive in addressing minor issues that arose at the beginning of our stay. Would definitely rent again.

Our home from home

Two years ago we had a four week family vacation in this property and enjoyed it so much that we did the same thing this year. The property layout is ideal as every bedroom has its own bathroom which gives each person their own space and, as the property is 4000 square feet, that is a lot of space. Outside the resort style yard is stunning. The oversize pool has a spa, waterfall and swim-up bar area giving plenty of interest but my favorite bit is the setting. The desert is beautiful and all you can hear are the sounds of nature. All this and yet so convenient for local stores and all that Scottsdale has to offer. Fantastic! Has to be experienced to be believed.

Great Golf and Swim Long Weekend!

I am getting married later this summer and a few college friends and I decided to go for a last call guys weekend. Most of our group lives on the west coast, so it was decided that Scottsdale was easiest for all of us. We changed our minds three times on the dates and Lorraine worked with us each time, thank you for that! The house was fantastic. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen was amazing (one of us is a chef!) so eating our gourmet dinners watching the sunset was great. The pool was relaxing and the pictures really do not justify the views and the privacy you are afforded in this home. Thank you Lorraine for all your help in providing us with the most relaxing weekend I have had in a long time! I think I will be taking my future wife back soon!

We really enjoyed this home and would like to rent it again. It had a great lay out for a family. Having bathrooms off 3 of the bedrooms is very nice. The pool was great as well as the out door cooking area. The location of the home is in a great spot close to stores and fun area Cave Creek. Our dislikes were the T.V.'s in the house the bedroom t.v.'s were way to small and the sound system in the greatroom was not great.

Very pleased, beautiful, spotless, perfection!

I wanted to write a quick note about our stay at this home. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 children. Upon entering the neighborhood, we were so happy we chose this home above any other. The location is fantastic. Our happiness increased as we walked in the home. This home sparkles. The view is spectacular. The pool is spacious and the spa was so relaxing. The home was the perfect plan to accommodate our party. The adults still felt like they had their privacy, yet we could enjoy each others company when desired. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the home was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again. Thank you Lorraine, we had a wonderful time!

Getting away from it all

My wife and I recently spent a relaxing 10 days at this property. The pictures don't do it justice - it's much nicer and a lot more spacious than the pictures convey. We joked that we needed to keep our cell phones with us at all times in case we got lost inside the house.
Lorraine and the property manager Helena were easy to work with and eager to help. When we had an issue with the hot tub not heating up, we called Helena and within fifteen minutes received a call from the pool guy explaining how to fix it using the control panel.
The location is very private and peaceful - we were never aware that we even had neighbors. The only downside is that it's a bit of a drive to downtown Scottsdale if you want to be a part of that scene, but there are plenty of good restaurants, stores and golf courses nearby.
Bottom line - a four bedroom house was a bit overkill for the two of us, but a bargain if you consider that a 500 square foot casita at the nearby Boulders resort is roughly the same price. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I spent 6 fantastic days at this home. The pool was so much fun for my daughter to play in and the BBQ / kitchen area was perfect. Lorraine and Helena were both extremely easy to deal with and addressed any concerns we had imediately. We will definitely be looking into using their services again.

Oasis in the desert!!!

Arizona in the summer? Thats what my boys asked me. They were not happy, they wanted to go to the beach. Due to unforseen circumstances, I booked this home last minute. WOW! I am so glad I did. MInd you, I am traveling with 4 teenage boys. Relaxation was not on my schedule. Thanks to Lorraine, I had a wonderful time. The home was spacious, yet cozy. There was more than enough room. Each son had thier own bedroom and bathroom! My favorite? cant decide between the soaking tub or reading in the courtyard at night. Hours were spent playing in the pool. And the views? Amazing. Home is so private, I felt like I was in heaven. We visited Desert Ridge marketplace and saw a movie, dined at Lucilles (great BBQ) and the boys played at Dave and Busters! Tons of shopping sourrounded us and the Target just a few minutes away was a prayer answered when I realized one son forgot his entire suitcase! Needless to say, we had an amazing time. Perfect home, perfect location, wonderful vacation. Special thanks to Lorraine for accomodating us on such short notice, you were a delight to work with.

Perfect Christmas Vacation For All!!

After spending a number of Christmases in Ohio with friends and family, we all decided it was time to make a change and celebrate in a warmer, sunnier part of the country. We spent many hours viewing homes to rent in Phoenix----and kept returning to the same home!!! The highlights of the home for us were the following:
The spacious, private bedrooms with adjoining, beautiful bathrooms on one side of the house-----and the absolutely incredible master on the other side---
The backyard with desert/mountain views, amazing pool/spa and extensive BBQ area were so,so relaxing and beautiful----
The kitchen where a large group could cook and congregate at the massive bar----
The pretty gated culdesac street-----
The unique, beautiful details and features both inside and out.
Multiple friends and family members all enjoyed and loved this immaculate home and the area. There were golfers, shoppers, foodies, gamblers, avid readers, hikers,sun/pool worshippers------and everyone found the space they needed and what they were looking for! Also, we were met by Helena for the tour and she was easily accessible by phone for our 2 week stay------2 weeks of Perfect and Relaxing!!
