Our condominium is newly remodeled and completely furnished with all necessary linens, sheets, towels, and kitchen wear. We take great pride in being the host of this BEACHFRONT location. This property is the PERFECT VACATION location, one that you will be sure to want to visit again and again and to tell your friends about.
You can walk to every imaginable amenity, from numerous styles of cuisine in all price ranges, to the supermarket, post office, physician’s services, banks, video and DVD rentals and activity booking facilities. There is public tennis, basketball, golf and shopping in nearby Wailea Shops and Resorts. Touring Maui via day trips from our central location is totally convenient.

Wonderful condominium, great management, fantastic location.
Our stay stretched through the last week of March and into the first week of April, 2013. Before we came, Martha, our agent at www.beachbreeze.com, was really helpful in setting up all our details, and during our stay she really took care of us. The suite itself is really well maintained, all the appliances are new, the linen and towels are fresh, and the bed has a great mattress. The pool is well maintained and clean, the grounds are kept with care, parking is steps from the suite, and the ocean is right outside our front door.
This portion of Kihei is really nice as well because it still has that "small town" feel. This condo complex is right outside an established residential subdivision, and it's nice to go for a quiet walk through there. It's touristy enough to have fun, but people also just go about living their lives here - and that's really nice.
Now that we know how good this is, we'll be back next year - and for many years after that, I think. Thanks, Martha, for all your help; you and your staff have been great, and that's part of why we've come to love this place so much. My wife and I recommend this wholeheartedly, and we'll be back with our daughters.

Fantastic stay!
Had a great time at the property. The beach access was so convenent. The place was very clean and updated. It was nice to have beach chairs and boggie boards that were supplied. Close to other beach accesses and restaurants. It was nice and quiet. The perfect place for a romantic getaway.

Great Place
We have been to Maui many times and stayed all over the island. This was a very clean central property. The unit is newly updated very comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully stocked,plenty of towels ,beach chairs and extras. The pool is a nice size the property is well kept and clean . We very much enjoyed our stay and plan on returning .

We loved our first vacation to Maui!
Our experience in this condo was such a good one! I was pleasantly surprised that the condo looked great in real life, because sometimes pictures can be misleading. I loved the way the bedroom was decorated, there was so much storage in there, and the artwork around the whole condo was really original and unique. It looks like a lot of care was put into decorating this condo and making it comfortable. The picture of the living room is outdated, because there's a large flatscreen on the wall, not the small boxy TV pictured on the stand. I loved the bathroom, especially the shower. Thank you for the boogie boards available for use--we had so much fun with them, and it was nice to not have to buy every single thing we needed for the beach. I loved that everything was so CLEAN and tidy. I read the Maui Revealed book cover to cover that I found on the bookcase. We used the grilling area a couple of times, which was really pretty at sunset, being right by the beach. Thank you for a great experience and great communication.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in mid April. So nice to be adjacent to the beach, a grocery store and Longs Drugs. The unit was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our visit. The blender came in handy for our pre-walk morning smoothies. Tiled flooring throughout the unit made it easy to sweep up. Comfy bed and plenty of beach accessories too.

A wonderful place to stay for a holiday to Maui!
My wife and I just returned from spending 15 days on Maui. We had a wonderful time and a big reason for this was that stayed in this wonderful unit at Waiohuli Beach Hale. The owners have done a terrific job on updating this unit. It had everything that we could want, even a coffee mill to grind the amazing Kona coffee! The complex itself was the perfect size, not too large, not too small. This allowed us to meet a lot of great people, some owners and some people like ourselves who were there for a vacation. The grounds were nicely landscaped and what can you say about the large pool other than it was perfect. We would highly recommend this unit and the complex for a holiday!

Wonderful Maui Holiday
This was our 3rd holiday in Maui, and this condo facility is our favourite. It has a very large pool - large enough to swim lengths, BBQ area, lawn shuffleboard and beautiful garden. The condos have all been newly renovated with king size beds, large tiled showers, new kitchens with dishwashers, and patios that all face out to garden area. The ocean is at the end of the property, and very private. Nice sandy beach and shallow water for at least 100 yards out. We loved it here and plan on comming back next winter.
