1st Experience with HomeAway...Heavenly

My 1st experience with HomeAway and it won’t be my last. I couldn’t imagine four ladies sharing a single room with two beds and one bathroom for three nights. So, last minute I cancelled hotel reservations and enjoyed a wonderful stay in this lovely home convenient to Charleston. At first the ladies were shocked as they peeked inside they felt like intruders until I explained it was a vacation rental home, I’ll just say they didn’t miss that hotel breakfast and we had our own bed. This home is spacious, clean and comfortable. If I should return to Charleston, I will be back. Thank you for opening your home, Tandra. We loved it!

This house was first class. My coworkers and I were so comfortable as if we were at home. When I take my family vacation I will definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was perfect and the location to everything could not have been better.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable! When we walked in we felt right at home. Close to everything! I absolutely love this house and the service that Tandra provided. My next visit to the Charleston area I will be booking this house again!

Wanted a place in north charleston close to my wifes cousin. We wanted a place where we could feel at home and a place that could offer nice neighborhood and a low price. This place met all those expections. But with that said its location is in the middle of the woods more or less so if youre looking for nightlife you will need to take the car 20 minutes to the downtown area. No problem for us because we really enjoyed staying at home in this nice house.

My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our mid-week mini vacation here at the Heavenly Sactuary. We were amazed that the pictures on the web page are an accurate account of what the property looks like. The property was very clean. The neighborhood is immaculant and the yards are well kept.
TGI properties did an excellent job in assuring us that our stay would be nothing less than superb. The property manager, Ms. Ingram, gave us SUPERIOR customer service. I have and will always recommend this property to my friends and family.
The property is conveniently located near various food chains and restaurant. We dined several times at Jason's Deli, O'Charlies, and Carrabus.
If you deceide to stay at this property, you will experience undescribable serenity and peace. This property truley lives up to it's name. The "Heavenly Sanctuary".

Owner's Response: Thank for such kind words concening my property the "Heavenly Sanctuary" It gives me great pleasure to know that other people can stay at this property and feel what I felt when I lived there! It is truly a big part of my Lifes Work and Passion is still left in this Property! I believe this property has a calming charm to it, With a little flair! A lot of our renters seem to enjoy the feel of it all! You can brighten things up by opening the blinds or you can make it darker with the nice heavy curtains that block out the heat durring the summer months and keep in the cool air durring the summer! We have updated the furniture and repainted almost 80 0/0 of the house! A lot of love and sweat has gone into getting this property ready for rental starting Nov of las year! Things are getting better all the time because my work with this property is never done!

I just loved this property. It was clean, neat and well stocked with all the amenties necessary to enjoy your vacation. I was there for my daugther's graduation and this property was perfect. It was well maintained and in a wonderful neighborhood. I would rent this property again because it was well worth the price.
