Juggling the various arrival times of our family members and being able to easily entertain their many (almost comic) local destinations, made staging in your Garden St. Home the perfect choice. Very comfortable, interesting and attractive. We look forward to renting here again.

We love the Garden House! Everything we needed was furnished from linens and toiletries to pots and pans, coffee and tea, and even extra lightbulbs. The house is comfortable and eclectic...very Austin decor! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and we especially enjoyed being such a short walk to the Hike and Bike Trail on Lady Bird Lake. Also, the location is very central, close to downtown and UT. This was way better than staying at a hotel. Connie was an excellent hostess, unobtrusive but always available if needed. We will definitely stay at Garden House on our next visit to Austin.

We love the Garden House! Great neighborhood - close to everything

What can I say but this place is FABULOUS!!! Thank you so much for opening this warm and beautiful home to us, and for making the process so easy. The location is amazing - great neighborhood and so so so close to the hike and bike trail. The home itself is spacious, clean and decorated so cool. Wonderful home-like atmosphere. Very comfortable. We loved staying there and enjoyed being close to the Convention Center and downtown.
