Osprey is awesome!

I had a wedding party traveling to Mexico, and was praying that when we drove up, it didnt match the bumpy, dusty road getting there! What an oasis, the Osprey is! my party and I; hands down would go back next year. It was an amazing place for my large party to stay.
The caretaker was on spot, when I needed anything. The caretaker has a small restuarant just minutes away; best of any places we had gone to during our stay. We of course went there on our last day. I suggest going to his restuarant a day or two into your stay, you wont need to go anywhere else for fabulous mexican food!
I would recommend the Osprey to all my friends and family. The surf was rough most of the time, but we caught great waves surfing. I suggest you know what you are doing when it comes to surfing, because there are rocks where the great waves were.

The description and photos are accurate. I loved listening to the waves at night and watching them during the day. A great beach to walk.

Awesome location; amazing whale views; peaceful; most rest I'd gotten in years! Just down the beach from the windsurfers. Easily access to nearby towns historical significance, restaurants, etc. Will use Russell's recommendations for car rental next time... and not be held hostage at the airport, until we agreed to a timeshare spiel.
Owner's Response: Thanks Linda! The whales have been known to come so close to shore we can kayak out among them. My fried Suzie dunked her head from her kayak and listened to their whale song at close range!

We've been traveling in Baja for the past 15 years and have found the Osprey to be our favorite place to stay. Sunsets there are are stunning, remarkable, and unparalleled. That's the only place we recommend to friends.

I wish I had planned to spend more days here. You are right on the beach, so sleep with the sound of the surf as your "white" noise. Lots of storage, beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen for utensils. Easy to deal with check in/out. I highly recommend it. There is a day spa nearby too.

Our vacation at Baja Osprey was fabulous. The unit is very clean, spacious and beautiful, only to be topped by the 180 degree view of the ocean. We could watch the surfers, the whales, the fish and the sunsets all without leaving our place. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. (Not that we did any of that!) Tiffany was very helpful, cheerfully answering all of our questions, and restocking linens when needed. She had lots of ideas of where to eat and play, and also brought a DVD player with lots of fun movies. Everyone we met in San Pedrito made us feel at home. Our son had a wonderful time surfing the amazing point break, which was mere steps from our condo.
