Mother's Day Reunion

We stayed at this property for a mini family reunion over Mother's Day. We had 1 couple, 1 family of 4 and a Mother/Grandma. This property worked extremely well for us. The manager met us there and made sure we knew where everything was in the unit and made us feel at home. It was well located, well kept, and beautifully appointed. We had the space to get away from each other as well as a beautiful place to gather. The open 2nd floor is beautiful. We walked up and down South Congress many times and some of our party run on the trails around LadyBird lake on a regular basis. Thank-you for a lovely place to stay. We would love to stay here again.

The house is a modern design marvel. I wish the house I lived in looked like this! The neighborhood is very cool, South Congress -- hip and fun, shopping and restaurants.
Downtown to 6th Ave is about a 20-25 minute walk, and there are busses that you can hop on too.

My husband and I, and our two-year-old son stayed in this house for several nights when we visited Austin. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The house was immaculate, comfortable, spacious and had great amenities. The pictures on the website are very accurate. It was in a nice location within walking distance to the fun shops and restaurants along South Congress. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin!

This house made our girls' weekend very special! Its location right off South Congress is perfect for a short ride to anywhere you need to go in Austin. The house itself is spectacular; modern, open, clean and appointed with fabulous decor and appliances. I didn't want to leave! Two queen bedrooms and one king, so let them know if you need an extra bed and they'll set up a blow-up mattress. It was very easy and cost effective to stay here for a group -- highly recommended!!

We had a great time staying in Austin and would recommend this house without reservation. My wife and I love modern architecture and this was just a fabulous house. it is located off Congress and so it was just a few minutes from downtown Austin. It was close to a park so I was able to run every day. The house has a spacious loft which serves as the master suite with a fantastic master bath. The 2nd level is one open room with a great kitchen (we loved cooking there), dining room and living room with TV, DVD,etc. The ground floor, which is the entry level has its own full bathroom and two very nice bedrooms. The house would easily accommodate 3 couples. We had a great time in Austin. The highlight was driving out to Gruene on a Friday night, eating at the GristMill and seeing a great live band and the old Gruene Dance Hall (no cover charge). We would definitely stay here again.

Was able to find this amazing house at the last minute for a private party with clients. The house was stunning and no corners were cut to offer a truly modern and luxury experience. I was impressed and happy to have such a great environment to entertain and to stay in during my trip.
The house was right off of Congress and within walking distance to many of the SoCo attractions. We drove to the nearby HEB for groceries. Downtown is within a five minute car ride.

We just spent one week there. Great location!! We got to walk to several restaurants, our favorite was South Congress Cafe. We saw live music at The Continental Club and went to see the bats on the Congress Bridge. We walked to all of them. The house is great with big windows to let the sun in and beautiful hardware floors. The kitchen was marvelous and we cooked every day. We were also taking good care of by Mario, the manager. We had problems with the coffee maker and he brought another one the same day. I will go there again next Christmas.
