My two teen children and my elderly mom just got back home from a week at this villa. It is a very nice, clean, spacious home. The second pool is right outside the back door. Each time we went to the pool we either had it to ourselves or there were just a few people there. The resort is very quiet; security friendly. The lake is a short walk/drive from the villa. A friend of mine who lives in the area brought his boat down and took my son and I fishing on the lake. It was much bigger than I expected. We saw three alligators (don't worry - they leave you alone) and lots of birds. One day my children walked down and said they saw some otters. The living room furniture and bedding has been changed since the pictures were taken and it's all very nice. Beds were comfortable - slept great! There was a washer and dryer there so no laundry to take home and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was a bit of a drive to the parks, but I don't think we could have stayed in a place as quiet if we were closer. There was internet hookup and tv's in two of the three bedrooms and one in the living room. Shopping (groceries, banks, pharmacies, Super Walmart, etc.) was about ten minutes away.
I recommend this home if you want to be in a central location to all there is to see in FL yet away from the hustle and bustle.
