Our family has traveled to Kiawah numerous times and rented homes on the island before, but we have never experienced a lovelier stay than our time on Falcon Road. This home is immaculate, with every room more beautiful than the next. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, the decor tasteful and rich and every detail has been well thought out, down to the plush towels and wonderful linens.
We cooked many nights in the well appointed kitchen and grilled on the screened porch while listening to the sounds of nature all around us. Our children loved the swimming pool and the beach was just a few minutes away. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and towels...and even a child's bike with training wheels which we couldn't get our 4 year old to put away!
We have always loved renting new homes in Kiawah as part of our vacation plans, but after our stay here we may have a difficult time moving on. We hope to be back again soon.

Have you ever fantasized about that perfect vacation home? Located on a beautiful island and just a short bike ride to the ocean? You spend time in this immaculate and tastefully decorated home, reading on the outside porch overlooking your pool as you mellow out in your rocking chair. You anticipate preparing a fabulous meal in the gourmet, exquisitely equipped kitchen; maybe barbecue on the state-of-the-art grill in the screened-in porch....This can be your life for a week or two on Falcon Rd. This magnificent home on Kiawah Island allowed our family to experience a piece of "southern heaven".

This lovely, gracious, well equipped home sits right on the Kiawah marsh affording you the sights and sounds of the beautiful and unique Kiawah ecosystem. And a bonus? The sun sets and the moon rises over this very marsh! Behind the Plantation Gate the location is extremely private, giving the occupant a feeling of seclusion. And yet, you are just minutes away from the ocean, glorious Kiawah beaches and resort amenities.
From the time we walk through the front door we feel right at home. Every room in the house is beautifully appointed and so beautifully decorated. It's hard to imagine not spending time in each and every one of the many welcoming spaces. The home has a wonderful energy; one that beckons us back time and time again.
We have enjoyed our family of three generations as well as good friends in this wonderful home. The description provided is accurate, but you must experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. (And, you won't want to leave without putting a date on the calendar to return.)
