This condo is meticulously kept and has all the amenities you need for a stay. Humidifiers that work and full size laundry was key (and there was even detergent)! Huge dining table and comfortable beds. Close walking distance to main street and the end of 4 o'clock run. There was a Christys rental across the street for easy ski rental and return. 1 block walk to shuttles. Love, love, loved it!!! Owners are easy and nice. We will be back!

We had a great time in Breckenridge and really enjoyed your condo. As most vacations usually are, this one was way too short. We just love the change of scenery that Breckenridge and the mountains provide in the midst of another hot, dry Central Kansas summer. Our stay was very refreshing and relaxing.
We greatly appreciated the amenities of your condo including its updated decor, furnishings and cleanliness. It provided all of the necessities for an enjoyable vacation stay. My wife really liked the king sized bed in the master bedroom. She said it slept much better than the one we have at home.
Also, the Park Place condo complex is perfectly located for the activities that we enjoy while staying in Breckenridge – walking past the river and the park on our way to main street and its many coffee shops, restaurants and diversified mountain merchandise stores. We really like the fact that the town is active in the evenings, giving us the opportunity to extend out mountain days as long as possible.
I would like to thank you very much for letting us rent your “home away from home” for five great days. I will definitely consider your property for future visits to Breckenridge, and greatly appreciate all the help you provided getting our 2012 stay set up.

We just returned from our extended trip to Breckenridge. THANK YOU for having such an amazing/wonderful condo. Because of weather, we arrived late Sunday night and City Market was closed. I woke up the following morning and was delighted to find COFFEE already in the pantry, what a life saver. Throughout the week, we were constantly amazed at how well equipped your condo was. From the egg poacher, to the crock pot, it felt like home. We started each day with a short walk up the hill to the Snowflake lift, and ended many days with a short walk down to town for dessert. I don't want to rave to much more because I want to make sure it is available next year for another extended trip.

Well, we are back to reality from our trip West and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo!!! We have used VRBO many times and this was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. You have thought of absolutely everything needed for a vacation! I couldn't get over how many appliances and cookware and utensils there were....more than I have in my own home! It is such a cozy and comfortable place with thoughtful little touches and plenty of space for everyone! The master bed is SO comfortable and the bedding was perfect! And of course the location can't be beat....it was so nice to be able to ski down 4 O'clock with a quick walk back and then a short walk to Main St. at night. We didn't have to use our car the entire time.

We had great weather and lucked out with a big snowfall on Sunday while we were skiing....suffice it to say we did NOT want to leave! We will definitely rent from you again when we head back to Breck!!

We truly had a great time. This was our third trip to Breckenridge and everyone agreed, this condo was the most comfortable. You have a great place!! We'll keep you in mind next time we go back to Breck.
