The popular areas of Lido, Siesta Key beaches, and St. Armands Circle, with it's fine shops and restaurants, are just a 30 minute drive away.

The area has several fine golf courses and, for those more adventurous, Busch Gardens Zoo and Theme Park is a 45 minute drive and it's a 90 minute drive to visit Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. With a transfer time of just 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport or 2 hours from Orlando International, Eadon Villa represents somewhere to stay which is different from the Orlando crowd, yet convenient to enjoy some of its attractions. Within a short distance of the villa are beaches, including Clearwater to the north and fabulous shopping is 10 minutes away at the Ellenton shopping mall, the largest in Florida.

Eadon Villa is part of the secluded Sabal Harbour private residential development, situated in Bradenton located just two and a half miles from junction 217 of I-75, just north of the City of Sarasota.

The area is only fifteen minutes from beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beaches and 20 minutes from Anna Maria. The traveling time to the excellent theme park of Busch Gardens is approximately 45 minutes and it is 10 minutes to the extra large shopping mall at Ellenton. Overall, a great base for beaches, shopping, theme parks, the Clearwater area and further afield.

The villa was completed May 2002 and is a fully equipped and spacious four bed, two bath accommodation. The villa comfortably sleeps eight, has room for three cars and two sitting/lounge areas, making it great for two families! The Master bedroom has satellite TV and en-suite to large bathroom, shower and separate toilet, his and hers basins. There is another queen size double bedroom and a further two twin rooms, all with built in wardrobes. Furnishings are tasteful and thoughtful.

You have your own pool 28 ft X 12 ft, which can be heated for an extra charge.

Sabal Harbour's amenities include a gated entrance and a clubhouse. There is also a large community pool surrounded by a furnished sun deck. The recreation area's other facilities include a playground, multi-purpose field and volley-ball, basketball and tennis courts.

There are many golf courses nearby and a 20 screen cinema. Two supermarkets are close by, as well as, several convenience stores. Restaurants are also available within a matter of minutes. Two Outlet Malls are within 20 minutes, one at Ellenton and the other Sarasota. Both can be seen from Interstate 75. Other attractions include ice skating, museums and Busch Gardens, all within easy reach and the Disney attractions are less than 2 hours drive.
