We recently stayed at this condo for a family vacation. We have been going to Ocean Isle for about 20 years and this is the first time we have rented a condo instead of a house. The main reason for this wa because we didnt have as many people this year and the other being the price difference. We didnt feel that we missed out by not renting a house. The listing is as it is advertised and was very clean.
We took our mom who is handicapped so having the elevator and the big hallway was great. She didnt have a hard time getting around the condo.
I would recommend renting the golf cart. This was an added pleasure to our vacation whether taking it to the pool or to get ice cream (which is a must) while at the beach. We have always brought bikes but this was nice getting my mom around.
We also brought a dog. You would not know other dogs have been the unit. It was clean and didnt have any doggie smells!
The owner Nick was easy to work with and responded quickly. I have always gone thru an realty company but didnt have any issues with the owner.
I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends and are hoping to go back next year.

How lucky we were to find this amazing, pet-friendly villa! We just spent a fabulous week there and really hated to leave. The villa was so nice, we only left to stock up and go to the beach/pool. Comfortable, stylish with lots of room, our group of seven ( plus doggie) had more than enough room. The balcony had an amazing view and a lot of time was spent there! The owner was very pleasant to work with and made everything smooth and easy! Having an elevator was a huge plus, and we highly recommend renting the golf cart! The property is well maintained, and we can't wait to go again....excellent!

Perfect beach house for pet owners who do not want to leave their pets at home for vacation! Beautiful, clean home with great views of the Intercoastal Waterway and the Ocean! The 6 person golf cart is a great amenity for getting around the island. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did! We will definitely be returning to this house!

This house was fantastic and was beautifully decorated! From the decor, to the kitchen supplies, to the relaxing porch with views of the sound and ocean made for a perfect vacation. We rented the golf cart which was a fantastic addition to our trip! Having the 6 seater golf cart to transport the beach chairs and bags to the beach was great! Even though the beach was super close..it made it so nice just to have to carry all of our beach goodies. Should you rent this villa..you will also LOVE the pool area...awesome pool and a wonderful restaurant attached which has spectacular views of the ocean and pool! If you are looking for a great rental with room for everyone in a perfect location, you defintely want to book this house! Incredible layout, amentities, great owner to work with and beautiful property! Just got back home and already counting down the days until we can go back again.

PS: Should you rent this lovely home...be sure to take the very short walk over to The Isles restaurant for dinner...FANTASTIC!

Ocean Isle is a wonderful place for a family vacation and this condo was perfect! There is plenty of room w/ all the amenities needed for the entire family and I loved the turtle pond. Some of the great features included: the outdoor shower, direct beach access from the beach club or condo, the cleanliness of the unit, free internet access, the elevator, and lots of space for the family to stretch out but still intimate enough for the entire family to have meals together. We loved that the community was quiet but still close enough to larger tourist areas like Myrtle Beach when we wanted to do more exciting activities. My biggest complaints were that I couldn’t take a turtle home with me and the hot weather and even that was first-rate! Great place to stay and we recommend it for a great family getaway.

My family & I just returned from a great vacation here @ Ocean Isle Beach & especially enjoyed our stay here. The layout was great for multiple families sleeping, cooking & being together.The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The deck was great & I would highly recommend rentlng the golf cart. It made it so much easier getting to the beach & pool. Our grandaughters loved it! The condo is tastefully decorated & fully equiped w/TV's in every bedroom. The surrounding area is nice also. We felt safe at night walking our pets. Ocean Isle is a nice family beach with several great places to eat such as Sharkey's & The Giggling Mackerel. The restaurant @ the pool was nice also but we arrived about 8:30 & they seemed to be out of several items. We had a couple of cloudy/rainy days so my grandaughters enjoyed the ocean museum that is not too far. You will not be disapointed staying here but the best feature is the elevator as it makes loading & unloading so much easier.

We really loved this villa. The owner was great to work with - he responded quickly and was very helpful in answering our questions and was quick to return our pet security deposit upon our departure. The place is very spacious and the deck is wonderful. The views from the deck are just as pictured. We were able to sit on the deck on the 4th and watch the fireworks in the distance. We also liked the fact that this is a pet-friendly rental and we could bring our two dogs. It was nice to have tv/dvd players in all the bedrooms. The kitchen had all the essentials for making family dinners and there was ample cupboard space for groceries. The golf cart was a hit with the kids and it worked out great to bring all the beach stuff to and from the beach. The pool was a little disappointing due to the fact that it closed at 7 p.m. They did seem a little lax on enforcing this as we did see some people swimming after hours. The parking area had plenty of room for 3 mini-vans and a truck to park along with the golf cart. We enjoyed going to Cinelli's and Sharky's for dinner. It is a very easy walk to the beach access. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the near future. I have already recommended this villa to several others.

My family & I recently spent a week in this condo and all agree it is the PERFECT place to stay on Ocean Isle. The condo is tastefully decorated and was very clean. There were 4 adults, 4 TEENAGERS and a dog on our trip yet we never felt crowded. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was ideal - especially for the teenagers. It made getting cleaned-up after a day on the beach quick for the whole crew. The kitchen was large and well furnished, even allowing for 2 or 3 cooks at the same time! There is an awesome view from the large deck; the intercoastal waterway and the ocean at the same time. The beach access is a only a short walk away, only 3 or 4 minutes, and the tennis courts are right outside the door. The grocery store, Super Walmart, Movie Theater, bowling center and multiple restaurants are located in Shallotte, which is only a 10 minute drive. It was the perfect place for us and the teens have already asked to go back! Dealing with this owner was a pleasure. Nick provides an excellent HomeAway customer experience; responsive, considerate and professional.
