Sea Trail Resort, Sunset Beach

After my first visit in 2007 I became a repeat client. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, not to mention peaceful. It's my break away from reality. I've not once had any difficulties booking, whether in advance or last minute. Whenever a beach trip among friends comes up my suggestion is always Sea Trail at Sunset Beach. Only 30 minutes from the outlet shopping and entertainment offered in Myrtle Beach, you'll run out of things to do but my personal favorite is taking a nice run through the neighborhood and relaxing on the screened in porch!

My husband, my dog and I love staying at Sea Trail. It has all the amenities we look for when we want to stay in a resort community. I even had all my wedding guests stay at Sea Trail and I didn't get one complaint! The owner has always been very cooperative and very understanding! We always look forward to our trips to Sea Trail! It is truly our favorite place to stay!

I have stayed at Sea Trail Resort a number of times and we have always been pleased. The owner was very helpful when I was making my arrangements. My daughter and her husband and baby stayed in the mini suite adjoining our unit and it worked out beautifully. The pool was nearby. The units are clean and beautifully decorated. I love the beach at Sunset Beach and it's family atmosphere. We enjoyed the restaurants (Twin Lakes Seafood Restaurant, Chianti's South in Little River, the Sea Captain's House in North Myrtle Beach) and shopping at the Tanger Mall outlets nearby. An absolutely great condo, very clean and spacious.

We have been coming back to this beautiful villa for years. We feel like it is our home away from home. We highly recommend staying here. When you look at the villa's guest book you will note that people from Europe and throughout the country have written of how much they love it too.
The villa is super clean and well equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.
The beach is lovely and the shops and restaurants are plentiful.
Gerald is a friendly and accommodating host.

This will be our fourth year staying at this beautiful Sea Trail condo.! We stay for four weeks every spring and wish we didn't have to go home.The condo is beautifully furnished, and has an extremely well equipped kitchen.The pictures and descriptions are very accurate.
Gerald always works hard to make sure we have everything we need.Our vacation seems to be important to him and we appreciate that.What can we say about the beach! Gorgeous,especially the Bird Island protected area , where there are no houses! The golf is great. Sea Trail is beautiful, the pool and fitness area immaculate. Everything we need is close by, grocery stores, banks ,quaint one of a kind shopping. No big box stores here! Although you can drive into North Myrtle Beach for those. Our favorite restaurant is a lovely family owned restaurant called Roberto's just a 10 minute drive from the condo. Anything else you want to know just ask Gerald, he's a wealth of information!!

My husband and I (and our Chihuahua) have stayed at Sea Trail for the past two years. The first year we came for our one-year anniversary. The area is quiet and peaceful. We loved the villa- it was clean, well-maintained and spacious. You can get to the beach and restaurants in 5 minutes or less. It's extremely difficult to find a pet-friendly place that is clean and in a nice area not to mention at a very reasonable price. Gerald's units offer all of this and more.

This year, we had the pleasure of meeting Gerald. I corresponded with him through email before our arrival, which was easy and convenient. He responds promptly and professionally. You can't beat his rates- compare and see for yourself. My Dad came to spend a few nights with us and was very impressed with the villa and the entire resort area. I am sure that he will have Sea Trail on the top of his list, as do we, for future trips. Gerald is an accommodating host who will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We also enjoyed golfing at Sea Trail. The course was a five minute walk from our villa. We hope to play all three courses at Sea Trail in the future. Sea Trail is a one-stop shop. We were able to relax in a villa that had all the comforts of home, swim in the pool, hang out in the sauna, golf and walk our dog.
