VERY Happy!!!

I totally enjoyed my stay in this well kept and well decorated ocean view lovely unit. I was able to enjoy the area with no need to rent a car. The apartment has all the amenities one would wish for while on vacations--an olympic swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, even a beautiful picnic area in front of the beach. I was particularly impressed at the entire cleaniness of the unit. The furniture, kitchen and dining area, the bathroom, the floors and the bedroom. There were a couple of four star hotels at walking distance with discotheques, restaurants and bars. I would stay here again, it's in a perfect location and is the most beautiful unit I've ever stayed at.

i stayed here and when I got to the condo it had not been cleaned at all prior to the previous tenants. I had gotten up at 3:00am to go to airport so when I got to Puerto Rico it was 3:30pm. Got to my condo at about 4:30pm ready to bathe and take a nap. When I got there the condo the bed was not made. Trash was still in the waste cans. The table had last tenants breakfast left all over it. I was appauled by the condition of the place. Tried to get someone there to clean, but was told they could come around 10:30pm later I got a call that they would not be able to be there till much later. I told them I was very tired if they could come the next daywhich in turn they hummed around on that . I told them forget it I would clean myself. Yes I was refunded for the cleaning. But what about the previous tenant that had paid for the cleaning? This was wrong because when I called the owner he said well I had told his neice not to come. Bottom line is he should had made sure that condo was clean and not acted like he did with me. I will never rent from him again.

I stayed in this unit on August 2009. Nice area, close to everything and safe. Casinos just next door and in the road across the street. We visit San Juan Hotel for night club music and fine dining. Good public transportation, right in the beach. No car was necessary except to visit other towns like Ponce and Arecibo. I like the size of the apartment. I have been in other nearby apartments in previous years and found this one bigger or just the right size. Nice big pool and a small pool for my daughter. We visit old San Juan (Fortress and the city), Bacardi factory, and Ponce. We recommend this unit and will make this one our permanent vacation condo when visit Puerto Rico.

In the heart of Isla Verde, Coral Beach provided me with everything I needed on my 3 week vacation experience. The pool is big and the basketball and tennis courts are in great shape! With easy beach access, I had no problems running up and down to the apartment when I needed to. The washer and dryer unit was wonderful to have and I used it often. All the appliances I needed were available as well.

Having the bus stop right outside the gates was fantastic. I used public transportation as my main way of travel during my stay. Fast food, formal restaurants, casinos, and grocery stores were all within a few blocks walking distance.

The security guards were friendly and made me feel safe. As a female traveling alone, I felt very secure in my apartment and on the grounds during my entire stay.

I will certainly stay at Coral Beach again without question. The managment and owner were friendly and helpful at all times.

We stayed in this unit from July 11-14. We love the location, few steps away from the San Juan Hotel/Casino where we met nice girls in the disco. Every day was a great day in Puerto Rico. Nice people, courteous, and a lot of hospitality. Restaurant prices are similar to the states, but the unit has a nice kitchen that we used for breakfast and a couple of dinners since time was limited for us. The country itself is moderm and many people in the area understand english. The unit was clean, as it shows in the photos, really nice. The pool is very large and has beach chairs. The beach is few steps away from the pool through a gate. Very safe area, lost of restaurants. We took the bus right in front of the property for 75 cents to Old San Juan. We rented a car from Dollar Rent a Car which is walking distance and visit Ponce and Fajardo. I recommend this unit and will be back.

I stayed in this unit on May 2009. I very much like the location. I took the bus to Old San Juan right in front of the property.
The unit is well decorated. Nice ocean side view from the balcony, just as it shows in the web. Large swimming pool and open until 9 or 10 P.M. It has a nice recliner in the living room, fantastic for resting after walking in Old San Juan. The area is pretty safe and has quiet a lot of places for lunch and dinner. We found fast foods as well as fine restaurant all withing walking distance. There are two car rental companies, we choose Dollar Rent a car recommended by another couple we met in the hallway. We like the convenience of an underground free assigned parking. There is no much parking outside the building. When renting in that area you want to make sure you are getting a free parking. We also walk to El San Juan Hotel/Casino y contribute with a few dollars with the casino, just for fun. We do not like gambling. I recommend San Juan Hotel or Embassy Suites for a night dinner. We rent a car to go to Fajardo for the Bioluminescent Bay. I also visited Ponce, nice ride through the mountains.

I stayed at this unit for 8 days-3/27-4/4, the owner was cordial and very helpful from the beginning right thru checkout. The apt. was as advertised-no surprises!, It was a great deal considering I usually stay at the resorts nearby. The bed-King size was very comfortable,Kitchen with all appliances + washer/dryer.The balcony has a side view od the beach and was perfect for breakfast alfresco.The olympic size pool was great, not many swimmers, it is located conveniently near the beach for quick access,the parking spot was also convenient. The location of this complex is right in the heart of Isla Verde,10 minutes from the airport, a shopping plaza directly across the street has some good eating spots-"Mi Casita-PR Cuisine" & the Bagel/Coffee shop(great coffee/pastries)-good prices too!, I had dinner one night at "Coladas" at the Holiday Inn directly across the street,very good PR cuisine, for desert I had the best "tembleque-coconut" I have ever tasted, there are woman on the beach regularly giving out flyers for a 15% discount for this place so I save a few bucks. I rented a truck and as always headed south to Ponce, where my family is located and it is a beautiful ride(90 min.), I visited the fishing village of "La Parguera" located in the town of Lajas and on a family boat went out to one of the many Cays- "Caracoles", the water is crystal clear and the water is shallow it reminded me of another spot in Guanica-"Gilligan's Island- a definite visit if you have extra time.The night life kicks off on thursday's thru sunday's in the hotel zones with live music in the lobbies of most resorts-I frequent the lobby of the El San Juan Hotel where live Salsa, Merengue and Latin Jazz explode. I went to La Plaza de Santurce where there is an open area of small cafes featuring good seafood/criollo cooking, I ate at one of my favorites-"la Tasca de Pescador"-Seafood lovers paradise-everything is good and made to order.I nthe evening is when this place comes to life, the locals gather around the plaza and perform live music-great people watching/dancing.On Friday nites in front of the entrance to Isla Verde beach-Tartak St.(you can see and hear from the balcony), the PR Tourism Org. offers a free Folkloric Festival with live entertainment of the islands various songs/dances, there are vendors selling handmade crafts.As you can see there is a lot to see and do in PR and you can do nothing as well.For me it's about Relaxing,Sun,Beach,Food,Nitghtlife,Siteseeing. We stayed at this unit from April 8-11. The unit is beautiful. Every day that we stayed we had a very good night sleep. Very safe and located in a wonderful area. The unit was clean and well decorated. One day we took the bus to Old San Juan for 50 cents only, that was a good savings. Another day we rented a car to visit El Yunque and Ponce. It was nice to have a reserved parking at no additional cost. We enjoyed the balcony view. The unit is located next to major hotels, fine restaurants and fast food. We loved the convenience of the small shopping center across the street to purchase groceries. From the unit, it's about a 5 minutes walk to the San Juan Hotel which has a great casino, restaurants, and live night club music. We definitely will be back next year and want to stay in this unit again.
